@lb_southwark I reported a lift out of service at 08:30 this morning, so far no one has attended, I have been on hold to the switchboard for46 minutes trying to find out what's happening, do you think that's reasonable??
@lb_southwark and now after 53 minutes I have been cut off!! Fuming. Reference is 11715339/1 can you find out the status of the call out. We have not had the usual text message saying we are aware the lift is out of service etc

@prestigeflowers These flowers arrived on 19th I think that they look quite droopy and quite dead already, I've followed the guide to the letter. #disappointed
I'm throwing them away today. Worst Flowers I have ever been gifted, I will never use @prestigeflowers and will be sharing my photos across all social media platforms, advising my friends and family to give your company a very wide berth!!
