Gun companies would like a word...
To the best of my knowledge, no Democratic state government has punished a private conservative corporation for protected political speech they don’t like through legislation. But Florida has done that to Disney.

Wow. Hahaha.
Under Trump, the deficit was up and jobs were down. Under Biden, the deficit is down and jobs are up.
Haven’t seen a mass attack disappear from the news that quick since that car ran over a bunch of people at a Christmas parade 🤔

We’ve turned sins into kinks and quirks and made the purpose of life the accumulation and display of kinks and quirks.

Weird way to bring back slavery.
Ok, I’ll say it, can we please reboot Florida by giving it back to the Seminole Nation?
So weird.
House Democrats now singing “We Shall Overcome”
You get a lot of this kind of stuff when you don't fight against these monsters properly. Better to ride the tiger.

They did a pretty bad job silencing them. I just watched a video of them throwing a loud tantrum at their workplace.
Today, Gov. DeSantis and his GOP allies in the Florida legislature silenced Black and brown voices. These attacks are fueled by the governor’s fear of their power at the ballot box. I'm grateful to the @FLHouseDems who fought tirelessly for the fair representation of Floridians.
Weird to have these people just come out and admit that democracy is entirely dependent on the ruling class having complete control over the flow of information
Tomorrow, I'm heading to Stanford to deliver a speech about changes in the way we create and consume information, and the very real threat it poses to democracy.

Will this move make it easier or harder for Republicans to gain more power in the future? Don't kick the hornets nest. Burn it or leave it alone. This feels like a kick.
They are chanting “This is good trouble. This is necessary trouble.”
Sooooo, I’m not doing New Years Eve on CNN+ with Chris Wallace?

No. Get wrecked.
PSA if you’re going to tweet something snarky about CNN+, hundreds of journalists and technicians who did nothing but work their tails off just had the rug pulled out from under them. So be kind.
Maybe. Disney was built on Lindy stories. It'll be interesting if this matters in a year.
"Disney" and "groomers" have been trending for three weeks, generating billions of negative media impressions. The company built a family-friendly brand over the span of 100 years—and it's going up in smoke.
