🚨NEW: Legendary jazz saxophonist Billy Harper has cancelled his planned New Years Eve performance at the Kennedy Center: "I would never even consider performing in a venue bearing a name that represents overt racism"
RETWEET if you stand with Harper against Trump!

I've had a missile blow up next to my airplane, been shot at dozens of times by anti-aircraft fire, and launched into orbit — all for my country. I never thought I'd see a President call for my execution.
Trump doesn’t understand the Constitution, and we're all less safe for it.

Incredible.
Roland Reisley is 101 years old, the last original client of Frank Lloyd Wright. He still lives in the 3,200 square foot home that Wright built for him in 1952.
The price? $40,000. Or a little less than half a million in today's money.

We don't want this, Bongo.
We want an update as to whether FBI is opening a criminal investigation into Trump's pardoning of a sex trafficker to protect himself. You said you wouldn't drop this and ... you did.
As promised, I want to provide an update on our efforts out of @FBI to defend the homeland and protect Americans from threats here at home and around the world. We’re right around the 6 month mark, and thanks to the leadership of this administration and the work of our men and women of law enforcement, there is no doubt our country is safer today than it was in January.
- Immigration Enforcement: Since January 20, the FBI has assisted our partners at @DHS in over 21,900 immigration enforcement-related detentions and arrests. We surged resources at never before seen levels to meet the need after four years of a crisis at the southern border. Our agents and field teams did a tremendous job rising to the challenge.
-Violent Crime Arrests: From January 20th- present, there have been over 12,400 arrests in the violent crime and gang program. We’re crushing gang operations at the source and taking them off the streets.
-Illegal Drug Seizures: Between January 20th to last Friday July 18th, the FBI has seized 1,430 kilograms of fentanyl – an increase over the same timeframe from last year (1,089 kgs). This work is saving lives.
-Additionally, in that same time frame, the FBI has seized over 62,000 kilograms of cocaine, 5,000 kilograms of methamphetamine and 12,600 kilograms of marijuana.
-Because of these successes, and others, we continue to be on pace for one of the lowest murder rates ever recorded in the U.S. That is no accident.
We have so much more to do. The work will continue. God bless America, and all those who defend her.

Dear @Harvard
This is an unbelievably good idea. I don't think you will do it, but you should.

Right now, Republicans in Congress are trying to push through a bill that would put millions of Americans at risk of losing their health care.
They want to cut federal funding for Medicaid, take away tax credits that help more people afford coverage, and raise costs for working class families.

Huh. Looks like Plato was right.
A new paper shows all language models converge on the same "universal geometry" of meaning. Researchers can translate between ANY model's embeddings without seeing the original text.
Implications for philosophy and vector databases alike.

Hi everyone! I'm Eileen Laubacher, the Democrat, retired U.S. Navy Admiral, and mother of five running against Lauren Boebert here in Colorado.
I'd love if you could follow and RT to help me get to 7,500 followers. Let's get rid of Boebert in November!
PS... love the fan art!

Cloud computing is the most successful "you will own nothing and be happy" psyop in history. We gave up on DARPA's beautifully, decentralized design for the internet to become renters for life. Tragic.

Actually IDK if it's gonna be short, but it's gonna be specific, so read on if you're curious.

Hate to break it to you - but here’s what actually happened on Tuesday.
Watch. Bernie explained it 20 years ago.

Don't get this trending during the US Election.
It would really make Janey Godley RIP smile, and really piss off Trump and Elon Musk.
