Dear @HDFC_Bank, sometimes you need a bit of common sense. Did you know that when we add a payee and try to enter the 14-digit account number, if we switch to another window on our PC or laptop and come back to finish entering the a/c number, the digits we entered disappear? And we have to start all over again. Therefore, did you know this means we have to memorise the full 14-digit account number of the person we want to send money to?

Here patients call you on phone many times but no doctor gives his phone number in other countries and patients are supposed to call an emergency number. The model in UK and U.S.A. is absolutely not worth emulating. You can only meet a GP even if you have an acute problem. Here patients are treated in minutes and not days.

What about patients and relatives who keep speaking on mobile in the consulting room or want you to speak with some relative. Doctors receive important calls about update on patients and aren’t chatting with friends and family while evaluating patients

Agree a 100 percent Arun & have seen this distracted nonsense only in India. Abroad the doctor does give proper attention & also doesn’t have a horde of flunkies bustling around to make the doc look important
