We’re working with an independent advisory group of mathematicians to help OpenAI responsibly share advances in AI and mathematics.
The group will advise on how we assess and communicate new mathematical results, uphold academic and professional standards, and build tools that support mathematical research and learning.
Through this work, we want mathematicians to be at the center of shaping how AI supports mathematical understanding and how its benefits reach the wider community.

Thanks @SuyogCancer for putting this together. @ASCO 2026 Annual meeting plenary sessions.

Right. But Mevro+Enza’s (PSA50 ~30-35% in 44% post-taxane ~14m rPFS) PSA decline vs RLTs (PSA50 57% 11.6m rPFS in taxane *naive*) suggests PSA50/90 and rPFS can be discordant. Vision post-hoc showed PSA90 strongest predictor of rPFS for RLTs but the same may not apply for PRC2i. MEVPRO-1 will settle the debate.

The point of PRC2 inhibitors is ARPI resensitization. And Tazverik has a meaningfully different profile: The former hits EZH2 vs. ORIC-944 hits EED. EZH1 can rescue EZH2 inhibition - drive selection of lineages resulting in secondary malignancies which resulted in withdrawal. TMK, not the case with EEDi.
This article reminded me of Councillor Hamann’s conversation with Neo in The Matrix: Revolutions.
The advent of AI might be just the latest stage in a guiding biological process that has produced ever more complex, mutually dependent organisms over the history of life

@cursor_ai When do you plan to address the claude-4-opus capacity constraints?
