I hear you; with respect to football, I like prospecting disgraced QB1's ๐Ÿ‘€ for example, over the last 3 years, I've bought 1-2 years early on the following QB's: 2024: Mac Jones 2023: Sam Darnold 2022: Jordan Love Currently, I'm on: T. McKee, T. Lance, and Q. Ewers. Lastly, shameless plug, but I do daily buying recommendations and quarterly guides โœ”๏ธ LMK what you think: surgieboi.substack.com/p/202โ€ฆ

๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿˆ๐Ÿ’ฐ Value Buys โ€” Q1 replay ๐Ÿ“ธ The second-quarter of the NFL-seasonโ€™s underway, and hereโ€™s a replay of my members-only Week 5 โ€œValue Buysโ€ update ๐Ÿ”“ Double-downs: โ€” Trevor Lawrence (QB, Jaguars): Mark Brunell lead the then-expansion Jacksonville Jaguars to the AFC Championship; moreover, with T-Law itโ€™s not โ€œif,โ€ itโ€™s โ€œwhenโ€. So โ€œset ๐Ÿ‘ the ๐Ÿ‘ comp ๐Ÿ‘โ€ and get in on the NFLโ€™s version of the Milwaukee Brewers โšพ๏ธ โ€” Kyler Murray (QB, Vikings): men under 5โ€™10โ€ comprise ~65% of the total male-population; so, ShortKingSZN, and let one of three undefeated NFL quarterbacks tap into a large-addressable-market (ie. โ€œShort guys got money!โ€). โ€” Drew Lock (QB, Seahawks): similar to Lawrence, itโ€™s not โ€œif,โ€ itโ€™s โ€œwhenโ€. And, Lockโ€™s got the aura, bravado, and game to command the ship, QB1 prices, and get the Seahawks into unshakable Super Bowl contention. โ€” Tanner McKee (QB, Eagles): heโ€™s Tom Brady waiting for his Drew Bledsoe, and thatโ€™s no shade to Jalen Hurts โ€” Jalenโ€™s HIM. However, lifeโ€™s a game of timing, and if youโ€™re looking to time an investment-opportunity with a low barrier-to-entry (ie. low price) and high ceiling (ie. high exit-price/return-on-investment โ€œROIโ€) McKeeโ€™s equally HIM. Next, the following guys are heating-up! So, start: โ€œsetting ๐Ÿ‘ the ๐Ÿ‘ comp ๐Ÿ‘,โ€ and begin prioritizing color and jersey-number matches, on-card autographs, and game-worn relics of: โ€” Bhayshul Tuten (RB, Jaguars) โ€”ย Kyren Williams (RB, Rams) โ€” Matthew Golden (WR, Packers) โ€” Isaiah Likely (TE, Giants) Plus, for collectors, two additional futures: โ€” Miami Hurricanes (legends only): the Canes are winning; however, with Nike returning to sponsorship, expect a flood-of-nostalgia from the late 80โ€™s and early 2000s. As this happens, stock up on: Andre Johnson, Clinton Portis, Devin Hester, Ed Reed, Sean Taylor, Vince Wilfork, and other legendary Hurricanes. โ€”ย Hall of Fame horizons: for Drew Brees, Rob Gronkowski, and Tom Brady, the collectibles-market will still surge (no pun). As it does, โ€œset ๐Ÿ‘ the ๐Ÿ‘ comp ๐Ÿ‘โ€ now, and exit as search-queries for all three grow leading into Canton, on induction-day, and the day after. Lastly, โ€œwhoโ€ or โ€œwhatโ€ did I miss? Reply, and let me know! ๐Ÿ”— surgieboi.substack.com/p/monโ€ฆ
๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿˆ๐Ÿšจ NFL Value Buys ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿˆ๐Ÿ’ฅ Below are my Value Buy updates โ€”ย specifically, following Week 2โ€™s aftermath ๐Ÿ‘€ Down ๐Ÿ‘Ž โ€” Jaxson Dart: typically, Iโ€™d say โ€œbuy more;โ€ however, Joe Schoenโ€™s received tremendous support from Eli Manning over the years, and with Arch in the wings: I see Dart as trade-collateral. โ€” De'Zhaun Stribling: wide-receivers with ankle/leg injuries: โ€œwrite them off.โ€ โ€” Elijah Arroyo: JSN rules in Seattle, and Elijah will have to also juggle a QB-merry-go-round. โ€” Zach Wilson: thereโ€™s no need for a QB2 in New Orleans, thatโ€™s now the home of Tyler Shough. Up ๐Ÿ‘ โ€” Deshaun Watson: Bryce Youngโ€™s top in the NFL through Week 2; however, expect the old Bryce to come-out this weekend, and as he does: Watsonโ€™s Week 3 performance will take another step forward after Week 2โ€™s win over the Buccaneers. โ€” Mason Rudolph: given the amount of QB1 injuries, I expect the Steelers to move Mason before the trade-deadline. If so, heโ€™ll be a starter (some-where else). โ€” Matthew Goldin: with Jayden Reed likely out-for-the-season; expect Golden to emerge as WR1. Why? Christian Watsonโ€™s durability and healthโ€™s always a factor (hamstring). โ€” Mike Gesicki: Burrow and the Bengals will be competing for the AFC Championship, and if they win, itโ€™ll be a group effort through the air. And, Gesicki will favor well in 1v1 linebacker match-ups, as Chase and Higgins draw double-teams. Double-down ๐ŸŽฐ Go in on: โ€” Dak Prescott: I hate the Cowboys, but itโ€™s hard to ignore the Super Bowl โ€œwhat if,โ€ assuming Dallas can โ€œput it togetherโ€. Because they have the talent, and Dak has the threats (Lamb, Pickens, etc.). โ€” Drew Lock: frankly, the Seahawks are a better football team with Drew Lock vs. Sam Darnold. Also, heโ€™s more marketable, and comes with mass-appeal and fandom (ie. merchandise revenue). โ€” Trevor Lawrence: as soon as the Jaguars fired Doug Pederson, T-Law became a buy (again). And, through Week 2, heโ€™s showing why it was coaching โ€” and not โ€œhimโ€. Whoโ€™d I miss? Reply and let me know ๐Ÿซก

Keyonte George โ€” โ€œset ๐Ÿ‘ the ๐Ÿ‘ comp ๐Ÿ‘โ€ ๐Ÿ€ โ€” In hindsight, my 2026 Buyers Guide (December 2025) was a gold-mine of investments; for example: 1. That's the wrong question. If the Dodgers 3-peat, and then 4-peat, how much will Ohtani's cards be then? Also, Ohtani's nationalistic buyers represent more buying power than Americans (ie. Asian money > American money). So in short: much higher!!!!

๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ Sim-racing update ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ Recently โ€” I discovered: sim-racing; however, I have zero karting or motorsports background. And, Iโ€™ve never owned a home-setup; meaning, I do not have a wheel and pedal video-game setup, and I only drive at my local racing center. Furthermore, I have less-than 18 total-hours of simulator-time. Moreover, the racing-centerโ€™s simulator includes: 1. Direct Drive force feedback systems and real racing-pedals, 2. 3-DOF full-motion platforms with haptic-feedback, 3. FIA approved setup and heavy-duty flex-free chassis, 4. No active DRS/Overtake mode enabled, 5. Driving with no assists and without a racing-line, and 6. Assetto Corsa as the racing-software So far, Iโ€™ve driven two-tracks; specifically: 1. Monza ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น: fastest lap of 1:21.607 (2026, F1 car) 2. Zandvoort ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฑ: fastest lap of 1:37.602 (2026, F4 car) And, after three sessions, Silverstone ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง (2026, F1 car): โ€” Session 1: 1:29.400 โ€” Session 2: 1:29.024 โ€” Session 3: 1:28.725 Lastly, all telemetryโ€™s attached, and feedbackโ€™s always welcomed! Let's cook ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿณ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ’Ž
๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ Sim-racing update ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ Last week, I stepped into an F1-simulator for the first-time, and without any previous karting or motorsports experience. And, hereโ€™s it and my sim-config: 1. Using Assetto Corsa as the sim-software Also โ€” in my first session:, in a 2026 F1 at Monza, I posted a 1:21.607. Yesterday, I wanted to test my drivability, and participated in my first competition, on a new track (Zandvoort), and in a new car (F4, Tatuus T-421). Unlike Monza, Zandvoort's a rollercoaster, and requires trail-breaking โ€”ย which I had to learn. The result? Fourth-place in qualifying (1:37.602). Now, for the race โ€”ย more to come! PS: Telemetry, lap-time, and sim-setup are attached below โœ”๏ธ
