Suddenly my problems don’t seem so big at the moment. 💔 “Thank you Daddy.” 😭 You’re a class act mom. All this while you are grieving too. Well played mom. Well played.❤️

Always remember. Somebody out there has it worse than you. Be thankful for what you have.

Time flies so quickly; life often feels so fast for a father and his daughter. One day, you realize that she has always been so attached to you. ❤️ xitter.cf/MarchUnofficial/status…

Every time her son has a birthday, his mother takes him to the cemetery to pick up "the present his father gave him." The intention is to keep him alive in the child's memory.

Had to get in my training session early this morning at 5am instead of my usual afternoon time of 3-4pm due to jobsite appts and inspections late this afternoon. Woke up at 4am; got my preworkout meal in, sodium and hydrated; Coffee time to roll Got to meet my gym’s “5am crew” Had some back and forth conversations between my sets with some of them. Most of them nice guys. Lot of group talk going on. They inquired about bodybuilding and wanted to pick my brain because they assume I hold the key to some unknown secrets to building a crazy physique. Obviously that was a very brief conversation because as we all know it’s just being married to the game the proper way. One of the guys made the comment: “Wait until you are in your mid 30’s with a family. It’s so much harder. Just wait” “It was at that moment he fucked up” I let him know I check both of those boxes; have two kids under two years old; Work 60hrs a week minimum in construction. The vibe shifted in that conversation immediately and I just grinned from ear to ear. Also caveat; they were all part of the dry T-shirt club while I was sweating through my hoodie. You can play the part all you want by showing up early but the work shows itself by the ones who actually get the fuck after it. Just because you are up in there early doesn’t mean shit. You’re just larping

NEW: Father of 22-year-old woman who was brutally killed by a career criminal, absolutely unleashes during a House hearing against soft-on-crime policies. "[He] dragged her out of bed naked, forced on her knees with her hands over her head ... BANG! Dead. Gone." "Why? Because Alexander Davante Dickey, who was arrested 39 godd*mn times, 25 felonies, was on the street..." Logan Federico was visiting friends at the University of South Carolina on May 3 when career criminal Alexander Dickey, 30, broke in and shot her before stealing her credit cards and going on a shopping spree. Dickey had 39 previous arrests and 25 felonies. Everyone responsible for keeping this man on the streets should be thrown in prison.
