When that new dawn breaker pack hits it’s like Christmas. The rebrand was eventual but the M 🐓 G is eternal

If a ‘best stack’ determined the best physique or best transformation, everyone would be using the same stack and look fantastic.
Stop asking “what’s his stack?”
If you knew how things work, it wouldn’t be your first question.
A better question is: “What’s this person’s overall approach? His training, nutrition, programming…”
And the details, step by step;
How to start?
How to monitor progress?
What to pay attention to?
How to recognise when something needs changing and when you just need to be patient?
How to overcome obstacles?
...and so on. The whole picture.
You might not know what you don’t know.
Someone else’s ‘stack’ won’t get you there. That’s not what it takes. It’s a question for later.

$700 and a couple days in the doggy hospital later, Ava 🐻 is coming home.
Take care of your dogs folks. They are but only a piece of your world but to them you are their entire world.
You wouldn’t happen to have a link in your bio to purchase the said product that you claim makes cardio an idling and useless tool right?
What’s so wrong with being a grower these days? Didn’t your parents ever read you the story of “The Little Engine That Could” before bed at night? 🦧
Make one cheeky joke and all of the sudden the replies are filled with people wishing you death
The common theme is that these accounts are assured that I am rampantly abusing PED’s to obtain the look I walk around with. Have I pushed the envelope in phases through my journey in bodybuilding, sure. But also I have a friend & professional coaching me who is tenured under J3U (John Jewitt & Luke Miller’s company IYKYK)
With that comes mandatory blood work panels at every 12 weeks, continuous blood donation, blood glucose readings every day, blood pressure readings EOD, health supplement protocols we don’t skimp on, meticulous micro nutrient intake, meticulous macro nutrient intake, attention to cardiovascular performance and additional testing if needed (ex. Organ mapping)
Bodybuilding is a very polarizing sport and with that you should expect heavy criticism whether it be from real fans or strangers online. But also bodybuilding has led me into some really cool places and gained me friendships of some of the best people.
I acknowledge that tradeoffs take place the further I pursue this journey. I know the risk and I recognize my own responsibility in all of it. Truth of the matter is two things:
1. This journey makes me happy. I enjoy working my ass off. I enjoy the interactions and brotherhood made through the process of it all. I enjoy seeing what the years of monotony have yielded. I wait excitedly for what’s to come.
2. Everything in life worth having comes with risk and trade offs. I work in commercial construction; I could fall off a scaffold erected 100’ in the air; that’s a risk but one I’m willing to take so that I can provide for my family and relieve them of any financial worry.
I prefer the life in which I choose to LIVE and makes me feel ALIVE
To quote Tom Platz:
“It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable."
