What are Go to Market (GTM)strategies?
These are plan and the method a project uses to introduce its product into the market. It is don't to attract users, customers, build a community and generate revenue.

6. Token Incentive Alignment
This is for: DeFi Protocols, New Tokens and Projects with heavy liquidity.
Why?
Use of smart airdrops or liquidity mining help solve a project's cold start problems.

Your success in life has almost nothing to do with how many times you lose, but only with how much you win when you win.
So go big. You only have to get it right once.

One of the strangest things about venture capital is how much time investors spend trying to predict the future and how little time they spend checking their old predictions.
Every year, VCs publish their big predictions.
The future of AI. The next trillion-dollar market. The industries about to be disrupted.
Some of these predictions are genuinely insightful.
Most are forgotten within six months.
Here鈥檚 an idea.
Every VC who publishes their predictions for 2027 should first publish how their 2026 predictions turned out.
What did you get right?
What did you completely miss?
Which companies or markets did you think would explode that went absolutely nowhere?
And most importantly, did you actually invest based on those predictions?
Because there鈥檚 a big difference between predicting that AI will change everything and putting your own capital behind a specific company before everyone else figures it out.
I love a good market thesis.
But a thesis without accountability is basically a horoscope with a pitch deck.
And the venture industry already has enough people getting paid to sound smart.

Contrarian take:
Product focus is overrated. In the AI era, it might even be a liability.
The best companies won鈥檛 build the best products.
They鈥檒l build complete solutions.
Customers don鈥檛 want more software. They want their problems solved.

Investors are looking for a reason to eliminate you. They say no to hundreds of people for every check they write.
Founders not builders? Pass.
No revenue? Pass.
No product built? Pass.
Any obvious problem gets you disqualified instantly.
It鈥檚 harsh, I know! But that鈥檚 the way the market works.

Founders have a remarkable ability to turn being broke into an investment thesis.
"We're extremely capital efficient."
Translation:
The company credit card was declined at Chipotle.

I've noticed that the less money a startup makes, the more aggressively its founder describes the company.
$0 revenue: "We're fundamentally reshaping human civilization."
$10K MRR: "We're building the operating system for an entirely new economy."
$2M ARR: "We sell accounting software."
Success really takes the poetry out of entrepreneurship.

I might start joining 5 minutes into the meeting.
A founder once ended my interview 11 seconds into it.
An investor friend had connected us. We'd had a great email conversation, and we booked a call for 10:30.
I joined at 10:30. His first words were "sorry, this isn't going to work."
I asked what changed.
"We don't hire people who show up late to calls"
I checked and it was still 10:30.
He said,
"You didn't join at 10:30, you joined at 10:30 and 11 seconds."
I laughed, but he wasn't joking.
We hung up.
When I told my investor friend, he was shocked. His partner respected the founder more after hearing it.
Still not sure which of us was the crazy one lol
