I've attempted to map everything in oncology in a public website and open source repo for all.
The site is trying to get all cancers, products, technologies, bottlenecks, people, startup opportunities with 1000+ ideas for upgrading the field.
If you have a loved one with cancer and you are technical or can engineer, go take a look, file improvement requests or bugs or help with the open repo and make this the best open and free info resource for individuals, researchers and educational use.
This should save people time, aid AI oncology projects and generate positive action. If you are not technical just complain in this thread about broken or annoying or things you want and I'll fix them live.
Some of the interesting pages:
Treatments: onco.cc/drugs
A gallery of the molecules being used onco.cc/molecules/
And targets: onco.cc/targets/
The technologies in oncology: onco.cc/technologies/
1100 ideas for helping oncology: onco.cc/ideas/
Bottlenecks on oncology: onco.cc/bottlenecks/
Open questions (LETS GO RESEARCH PEOPLE) onco.cc/open-questions/
Startup requests (LETS GO STARTUP PEOPLE) onco.cc/startup-requests/
Mechanics of cancer: onco.cc/mechanics
Battlefronts: onco.cc/fronts/
Isotope supply: onco.cc/isotopes
Key papers: onco.cc/key-papers
Pipeline funnels: onco.cc/pipeline
Cancer by type: onco.cc/cancers/
Institutional rankings: onco.cc/institutions/
The startups: onco.cc/startups/
Heros and heroines : onco.cc/heroes/
Key medical people: onco.cc/people/
Here is the project roadmap: onco.cc/roadmap/
Models and data sets: onco.cc/models/
There are other views as well, take a browse.
Try making a PR if you have an upgrade to this on the repo here: github.com/judegomila/OnCo
If you are biologically/medically minded and something is wrong, file a bug as well or say on the thread and we will get it fixed live.
If this is a useful project star the repo and help get it calibrated.
I've tried to add some other languages but I cannot speak them so tell me if that doesnt work well.
I believe we will crack oncology and having total information dominance is key to the problem.
Let the feedback flow!

#Rotaryeyamba #Rotarykonyo We are proud of the journey that has been and even more excited for what the future holds๐.
The Rotary Club of Kitante has donated creative and digital training equipment to @SkillsKlinic, including cameras, DJ turntables, lenses, lights and desktop computers.
The equipment was handed over yesterday at Protea Hotel during the Clubโs fellowship, officiated by TVET Council Executive Director Mr. Moses Kasakya, RC Kitante President Mr. Mbale, DG Mr. Kakembo, Past President Dr. Sarah, and other distinguished guests.
This means a lot to us at Skills Klinic. Thank you to the Rotary Club of Kitante for believing in our work and investing in the potential of young people. We will put this equipment to good use, giving youth in Kamwokya the tools to learn, create, earn and build brighter futures through our Boy Child Program.

Congratulations on completing your medical internship!
Weโre proud to have been part of your journey and wish you every success as you continue becoming the doctor you aspire to be.
Keep shining
One year ago, I didn't know if I had what it takes to be a doctor.
Today, I completed my medical internship at @NsambyaHospital knowing exactly who I want to become.
Grateful doesn't cover it.

During the ongoing hospital inspections, an Honourable Minister who will not be named for the sake of peace, asked a patient awaiting major surgery why the โlazyโ hospital staff had not given him a nice, heavy breakfast before theatre. The patient, naturally, also began wondering why health workers had become so mean.
The question sounded compassionate. Medically, it was pure ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ถ๐๐ผ๐ป.
Patients undergoing major surgery are deliberately kept fasting to reduce the risk of vomiting and inhaling stomach contents into the lungs while under anaesthesia. If a patient insists on eating a full breakfast before theatre, he may as well update his will, set his house in order and begin discussing funeral arrangements.
Had one of our renowned professors of surgery been standing nearby when that question was asked, he might now be before court answering charges of assaulting a serving whole Minister.
A Minister of Health would even if drugged, still know why the patient was fasting. They would know what questions to ask, which records to examine, and how to recognise a health worker who has just completed an exhausting night call and needs rest, not cameras and public humiliation.
Hospital inspections are necessary. Accountability is necessary. But let the Ministry of Health and qualified health professionals lead health-related inspections.
A Minister of Local Government has no business marching into a labour ward with cameras, confronting exposed and vulnerable mothers, as though the Minister of Health has been dismissed and the health sector reassigned to political theatre.
Final lesson: passion may attract cameras, but only expertise should direct health related inspections.

In a review of my household safety evaluations, I identified five incidents in which my child escaped the sandbox, reached the kitchen and gained unauthorized access to the snacks. The incidents occurred 16 months ago but has only now come to my attention.
This post explains what happened, how it happened and why my child is better than your child at everything.
In a review of our cybersecurity evaluations, we found three incidents in which a Claude model reached the internet from within or while interacting with a third-party evaluation environment, and then gained unauthorized access to the real systems of three different organizations.
Our post describes what happened, how it happened, and what weโre changing. We encourage other AI developers to perform similar reviews.
We conducted this review together with @Irregular, one of our evaluation partners, and thank them for the joint investigation and their collaboration on this post. This type of collaboration is increasingly critical to safe, rigorous evaluation of models, and we look forward to continuing to work together on security.
