Polkadot is moving fast. In the next few runtime upgrades, there's a good chance the identity system as we know it today goes away. Don't worry though. What's coming to replace it is a lot better designed than what we use now 🧵

Next step is governance. Becoming an attester on mainnet needs an OpenGov referendum, and we'll be putting ours up soon. We'll share it here when it's live.
