Mark Dubowitz, the FDD's chief executive, said: "I've been warning anyone willing to listen: continued Jewish extremist violence in Judea and Samaria will only fuel the growing campaign of economic and financial warfare against Israel. When political power shifts in Washington, the consequences for Israel's economy could be devastating. The Israeli government must act decisively to end this violence. If it lacks the will to do so, the Israeli people must elect a government that does. Israel cannot afford to let a violent minority jeopardize the economic security and future of the entire nation."

Navi Pillay tells @SkyNews that there's been no serious criticism of her report charging Israel with genocide!
@HillelNeuer @UNWatch
This absurdly low standard of proof was built into the @UN_HRC COI's work from the very beginning, as @CAMERA4Truth pointed out years ago. So absurdly low are the standards, they can rely on themselves to corroborate otherwise uncorroborated "evidence."

UN panel cheated in order to accuse Israel of ‘genocide’
A member of the UN inquiry that accused Israel of genocide has reportedly admitted the bar it set for that verdict was “not a high standard” of proof from which to draw such conclusions.
Speaking at a debate with a US military law expert at a synagogue in Melbourne, Australia, jurist Chris Sidoti said that proving genocidal intent is “a very, very high test” – one “higher than the criminal standard of beyond reasonable doubt”. But the UN panel only used a standard of “reasonable grounds”, he explained. “We are not a court,” he emphasised in defence of the panel.
In other words, the panel levelled the gravest charge in international law against the Jewish state only because it applied a far lower standard of evidence than what was actually required.
In a word, the UN cheated.
He also reportedly conceded that the UN panel never independently verified its claims about civilian deaths in Gaza, because “we don’t have that information”.
His remarks appear to contradict claims by Nobel Peace Prize recipient Navi Pillay, the chair of the UN panel, who reportedly asserted that the panel “essentially worked like a court” and that “every fact was verified by us”. That now appears to be nonsense.
Branding the world’s only Jewish state as ‘genocidal’ on such flimsy grounds is more than a gross oversight. It has had – and continues to have – dangerous consequences for the safety of Jews across the world. Its motivation – well, that has always been clear enough.
The UN panel cheated in order to defame the Jewish state, and the Nobel Committee has rewarded them.

I have a received a letter from @cogatonline on the suspension of private-sector goods coordination into Gaza as a result of reports of threats and coercion by Hamas. As I have warned repeatedly, such practices are unacceptable and must end immediately. The intimidation of merchants and interference in the supply chain only deepen the suffering of Gaza's civilians.
These developments demonstrate why the rapid deployment of the @NCAG, supported by the International Stabilization Force (ISF), is urgently needed. Civilian supplies, humanitarian assistance and commercial activity must be protected from coercion, exploitation and interference.
All parties should work with the @BoardOfPeace and move without delay to implement the Comprehensive Plan endorsed by #UNSC Resolution 2803, including the arrangements required for NCAG and ISF operations in Gaza. This includes the decommissioning of weapons, the transition to legitimate transitional governance and the protection of humanitarian and commercial supply chains.
I suppose if you can change the meaning of words like "genocide," why not also change the meaning of words like "nuclear weapons."
Entire neighbourhoods in Gaza evaporated by Israeli nuclear weapons.. No one believes this..
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
This video does not depict a nuclear explosion or the use of nuclear weapons. The footage shows sequential detonations producing dust and smoke plumes consistent with conventional high explosives (such as those used in building or tunnel demolitions).

A school trip in northern Israel turned into a tragedy. A 15-year old child was killed, with 24 schoolchildren and teachers wounded in the explosion.

Identities of bodies returned to Gaza, and what it proves about the GMH casualties list.
After the ceasefire, Israel returned ~400 bodies of Palestinians to Gaza. For identification, Gaza Ministry of Health (GMH) have published pictures of the bodies, plus names of those already identified.
A total of 396 bodies are listed by GMH - of those, 91 people (excluding one duplicate) have been identified.
All 91 identified people can be found the GMH casualties list since June.
Of those 91:
- All are men 18-60 years.
- 63 (69%) have a listed date-of-death as Oct 7th 2023. 76 (84%) have DOD within Nov 16th 2023.
- Of the remainder, 12 (13%) have a listed DOD after the start of the ceasefire. Since the bodies have been dead for a long time, this likely just means the DOD is unknown and listed as the date received. Only 3 (3%) have DOD between 16.11.2023-10.10.2025.
- At least 23 (25%) have so far been announced as martyrs by Al Qassam (Hamas) or Al Quds (PIJ) brigades.
- 54 (59%) are found on lists prior to 2026. 35 (38%) were found on lists prior to the ceasefire. Some had been removed before the ceasefire, but 26 (29%) were still present on the last list before the ceasefire, i.e. before the bodies were returned.
This shows that most of the returned bodies are of terrorists killed inside Israel while participating in the Oct 7th terror attack.
It also confirms the claim (see linked post) that terrorists killed inside Israel on Oct 7th are systematically included in the GMH casualties list.
About a third were already on the casualties list before the bodies were returned. This proves Gazans can report presumed deaths without a body or even knowing the exact location of the body, and that these are included in the list.
But there is something very interesting about this data: At least 68 (75%) of them are registered on the "Genocide in Gaza" (Gigaza) website - and every single one of them is claimed to have been killed in airstrikes inside Gaza, which is obviously not true (Israel was not inside Gaza on Oct 7th and could not have taken possession of the bodies).
This confirms my suspicion that the Gigaza website formulaically claims death by airstrike unless other information is available - which explains why nearly all (94%) of the ~50,000 deaths registered on Gigaza are claimed to be from airstrikes. Claims from Gigaza of death by airstrike should be treated with skepticism from now on.
63/68 of those listed on Gigaza have DOD Oct 7th, including 7 people who are registered with post-ceasefire DOD in the GMH list, suggesting that most/all those with post-ceasefire DODs died while participating in the Oct 7th attack.

Are terrorists killed inside Israel on Oct 7th included in the Gaza MoH list of deaths?
(TLDR: Yes, at least 600-900 of them)
There is a question of whether terrorists killed inside Israel during the Oct 7th attack are included in the Gaza Ministry of Health's published list of deaths. The MoH's language suggests they aren't, since the list is supposedly of those killed "as a result of the Israeli aggresion on the Gaza strip". Yet individuals who clearly seem to have died in the attack have previously been found on the list.
A quick analysis of the MoH data gives a clear answer to the question.
The figure below shows the number of fighting-age males (18-59y) compared to women/children/elderly who are registered to have been killed on Oct 7th 2023 and the following days. Note that these numbers differ from those published at the time, as they include a high number of deaths that have been retroactively added, mainly from family reports.
There is an extreme over-representation of fighting-age men among those killed on Oct 7th. In total, 646 out of 692 deaths (93%) on that day were fighting-age men.
In addition, the large majority (32/39, 82%) of Gazan children registered to have died on Oct 7th were boys of age 14-17, meaning many of those were likely child soldiers who participated in the attack.
There was still fighting inside Israel the days after Oct 7th. In the MoH data, we continue to see an over-representation of fighting-age men until Oct 10th (~50%). After this, the proportion drops to ~30% and remains stable for the rest of the month.
If we only look at the over-reprensentation on Oct 7th, this gives an excess of more than 600 fighting-age men who can reasonably be assumed to have been terrorists killed inside Israel during the attack. If we assume terrorists were also killed inside Israel in the following days, and we include the over-representation of fighting-age men until Oct 10th, the number increases to ~900.
It is likely that other terrorists who died inside Israel on Oct 7th are still listed as missing. For reference, IDF estimates around 1,600 terrorists were killed inside Israel on Oct 7th and the ensuing days.
In conclusion, the casualties data published by the Gaza Ministry of Health clearly suggests that a substantial number (600-900) of terrorists killed inside Israel on Oct 7th and the ensuing days are included in the MoH's count of deaths.

The ICC is a rogue court that has no authority over Americans.
@SecRubio made the right decision in sanctioning these officials that sought constantly to undermine our sovereignty.
This also makes sense. Nicholas Kristof's dog rape fantasies in the pages of the @nytimes are about as credible as Navi Pillay's entire body of work with the United Nations. That is to say, they both believe an allegation becomes true if you merely just write it down on paper.
Congrats to Navi Pillay, veteran human rights lawyer and leader of efforts to create accountability for human rights abuses from South Africa to Rwanda to Gaza, on winning the Nobel Peace Prize. She's an emblem of the human rights legal system now under attack. nytimes.com/live/2026/10/09/…

This action should encourage our Allies within the Court to work for solutions to end this threat to U.S. sovereignty forever.
Honestly, it makes sense. Navi Pillay has done the same amount for world peace as Yasser Arafat did by rejecting the two-state solution and instead sending waves of suicide bombers. The Nobel Prize Committee just adores them an unabashed, psychopathic Jew-hater.
Navi Pillay has been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. At this stage, I am not even surprised anymore. Disgusted, but not surprised.
Apparently, accuse Israel of the worst for decades and it will bring you glory.
Before the tributes overwhelm the facts, a few reminders - documented over the years by @UNWatch:
• Durban, 2009. Pillay championed the Durban Review Conference and criticized countries that boycotted it over concerns about antisemitism. She described opposition as a “highly organized campaign of disinformation.”
• BDS, 2017–2020. She publicly supported the BDS movement, expressing hope that it would spread like the campaign against South African apartheid. In 2020, she signed an appeal entitled “Sanction Apartheid Israel!” calling for sanctions and an end to military cooperation.
• Durban again, 2021. She accused Jews and Israel of having “ganged up together” to distort what happened at the 2001 conference.
• The “Jewish lobby,” 2022. Her fellow commissioner Miloon Kothari invoked a “Jewish lobby” in discussing control of social media and questioned Israel’s UN membership. Pillay defended him, saying his comments “seem to have deliberately been taken out of context.” Even the Human Rights Council’s president rejected her defense, warning that the remarks stigmatized Jewish people.
• Genocide, 2025. And then, of course, the commission she chaired concluded that Israel was committing genocide in Gaza.
Moral rot has taken hold of institutions we used to cherish. But if you think only Israel and Jews will pay the price, think again.
The very institutions you claim to protect are being stripped of their credibility. And those who want to see them disappear have every reason to celebrate.
"...Israeli military actions led captors to kill their hostages."
There's a morally perverted tendency at @CNN to deny Palestinians even enough agency to credit them for pulling the trigger.
Replying to @JDiamond1
We found 24/40 deaths can be traced back to Israeli military actions. That includes direct IDF strikes/gunfire, but also when Israeli military actions led captors to kill their hostages. That's not just us saying that: the IDF has acknowledged that in many of these cases /2
Brings to mind other instances we've noted at @CAMERA4Truth, such as when @CNNPR described the murder of Lucy Dee and her two daughters as "a car received a bullet shot."
The Palestinian terrorist pulling the trigger is erased from his own actions.
