A federal judge has ruled that Florida has been unlawfully segregating children with complex medical needs and putting other disabled children at risk of unnecessary institutionalization. wapo.st/3ryM2f9
For almost twenty years, Florida has failed to provide required services to these parents and then told parents that they are incapable of caring for their children. This continues to be indefensible.
