I still cannot believe humans were gifted a planet full of trees, fruit, water, animals and sunshine and then they invented debt, capitalism and war.

CALL OF DUTY AND THE WAR ON KOREA
On October 23rd, Call of Duty releases Modern Warfare 4, a game that portrays the DPRK as the enemy and is played by millions. Sovereign Media’s Devianni Ebanks breaks down the controversy surrounding the game.
Activists and Korean diaspora groups have accused the game of functioning as a weapon of imperialist propaganda designed to dehumanise North Koreans and manufacture consent for war.
The campaign argues that Modern Warfare 4 portrays North Koreans as aggressors while erasing the history of US devastation during the Korean War. According to the statement, the US dropped over 600,000 tons of b*mbs on Korea (3.7 times the amount dropped on Japan during the entire Pacific War) and k*lled more than 3 million Koreans. It also cites the No Gun Ri massacre, where US forces k*lled over 600 people, 72% of them women and children.
Today, millions of Koreans still live in the shadow of a war that never ended. Divided families. Mandatory conscription for South Korean men. Camptown prostitution, where US soldiers inflict violence on Korean women. In 2025 alone, the US conducted 274 days of war drills in Korea, rehearsing for n*clear strikes, b*mbing civilian targets, and as*assinations of North Korean leadership.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 does more than depict violence; activists say it trains players to inflict it, both in the US and abroad. Families of the Uvalde school sho*ting victims are suing Activision, Meta, and g*n manufacturer Daniel Defence, noting that the sho*ters in Uvalde, Parkland, and Sandy Hook all played Call of Duty and used AR-15s.
Activists also accuse the Pentagon of shaping how games and films depict US wars, arguing that Hollywood and Western media have spent decades dehumanising North Koreans. "War in Korea is not a video game … it's happening in real life," the campaign states. "Don't play the US's game. Fight the real war machine."
The release comes amid heightened tensions on the Korean peninsula and growing scrutiny of the military-entertainment complex.

We keep getting told Capitalism is the only system that works,
But France’s capitalist economy immediately implodes soon as it can’t steal from Africa.
Why France is protesting:
— Debt is 119% of GDP (similar to Greece in the 2009 crisis)
— Deficit spending is almost 6% of GDP (wider than Italy’s in 2011 crisis)
— Record poverty rate of 15.4%
— Consistent inflation, exacerbated by Ukraine war and now accelerating due to Iran war
— Interest rate explosion due to the Iran war (now pays more than Greece)
— Privatisation of public assets
— Crumbling public services & infrastructure
— Poor condition of public schools & lack of teachers
— Corruption, cronyism & elite self-dealing
— Special tax arrangements for elites and mega corporations who invest abroad
— Rising living costs & low stagnant wages (€2k median)
— Loss of African territories and exploitation schemes
— Police brutality & protest repression
— Comedians and journalists censored
Quality of life is evaporating in France while the elites loot everything and become more overtly corrupt and repressive as it becomes more clear to the common public how dire the situation is. Macron now has an 82% disapproval rate…
The Ukraine and Iran war are the straws on the camel’s back, skyrocketing both inflation and interest rates on debt. Europe simply cannot survive this.

The revolution will make luxuries available to the masses. This is what the Soviet Union did with perfume, champagne, and caviar; and what China is doing with diamonds and truffles. I will not mourn the monopolists who mock the working class by cultivating a culture where consumption defines worth, while keeping the prize goods beyond reach.

Most people in France can't afford housing.
They didn't blame immigrants, or transgender people, or video games, or avocado toast.
They blame the government. Because that's who's responsible. That's always who's responsible.

It’s time. It’s honestly been time for a cool minute but as you can tell there was GOOD bit of thinking going on.
First off I just want to say how much I appreciate the CoD community from the bottom of my heart. Even if you’re a hater or you’re a full on a supporter, it’s been a crazy ride.
I simply just fell out of love with the game and nothing about playing CoD has brought me happiness in the last 2 years. I never wanted to go out with a bad ending but I guess we can’t all end on a high. Still feel my career is one to be very proud of and I’m grateful for all of the friendships and trophies I was able to get while competing.
This past year of doing the watch party/content has simply just rejuvenated all the fun and happiness I was missing out on while also still keeping me a part of something that I’ll always care about (CoD). Thank you to everyone who continues to support through this new time in my life, I’m excited and I look to still possible compete in something🦖 Love you guys..

Paul Biya has been President of Cameroon since 1982, and has imposed himself on the people for 45 years with backing from France. These are the kind of regimes the west support in Africa, they do not care about democracy, they care about resources.
