On Jan 5, Elmwood partners walked out over Covid safety. Vaccinated partners couldn't quarantine with pay following exposure.
On Jan 19, Starbucks granted our main strike demand: paid self-isolations for all partners who are exposed to Covid.

This morning, Elmwood partners walked off the job due to unsafe working conditions. They have been pressured to work by Starbucks despite understaffing and health concerns. We believe everyone deserves the right to feel safe at work! Partners will return when it’s safe to do so.
