“Listen to workers! If you don’t know for sure if a shop in your area is forming a union, then please do not go into the store to voice your support. We are all very excited! But, please, let’s not tip anyone’s hand.”

TODAY! Starbucks workers across the national are standing with the #Memphis7. Starbucks chose to selectively enforce policies, that have not been previously enforced, as a pretext to fire union leaders. We will not stand for it.

On Jan 5, Elmwood partners walked out over Covid safety. Vaccinated partners couldn't quarantine with pay following exposure.
On Jan 19, Starbucks granted our main strike demand: paid self-isolations for all partners who are exposed to Covid.
This is the power of our union.

This morning, Elmwood partners walked off the job due to unsafe working conditions. They have been pressured to work by Starbucks despite understaffing and health concerns. We believe everyone deserves the right to feel safe at work! Partners will return when it’s safe to do so.
