The weather is affecting the bitcoin network hashrate.
As the arctic blast blows through the country and millions of people turn up their heat, some bitcoin miners connected to the grid are getting paid to turn off their machines so residential electricity demand can be met.
We never really know how much hashrate is online, we can only estimate.
IMO from watching the data @BraiinsInsights all day every day, more hashrate came offline in this epoch (+3.27 diff adjustment) than in the previous epoch (-7.32 diff adjustment).
Bitcoin mining jumps 3.27% after substantial dip. What does luck have to do with it?
