Editing videos for PHP TEK 2025, and this slide still has me laughing. For content, this was the start of a father/son talk by @devopsmeth and @eastonmeth

if you have a mobile app to build, and you're a PHP developer - have you tried @nativephp? honestly - I built an app that got investment for the third party in 2 and a half weeks - i could NOT have achieved that in any of the other options. Native PHP rocks!

The thing no one tells you about building something real:
Face ID starts failing because you’re smiling too hard every time you unlock your phone.
@nativephp is everything I ever wanted to work on.
And it’s only just beginning. 💥

Can't believe that next week is already @phptek. So excited to of three days of PHP talks and friends. Hope to see everyone there. Some really exciting talks. We are actually working on one more talk I am excited about.
Looking for opinions, ideas and stories of parents & kids in tech to add to my slides for my upcoming @phptek talk sessionize.com/s/peter-meth/…
Do you think this is a good talk idea? What have you or are you doing with your kids around learning tech and steering towards a career?

Last night on the @phparch Podcast, we announced the speaker lineup for PHPTek 2205 (phptek.io/speakers). We also revealed we were going to have a father and son combo talk with Peter Meth (@devopsmeth) and Easton Meth (@eastonmeth), and if they don't do their talk dressed in hazmat suits ala Breaking Bad, I am stepping down from my role as the sex symbol for the PHP language.
Call for Speakers for php[tek] 2025 is open on Sessionize and I've just submitted a session! sessionize.com/phptek-2025/
I have not tweeted in a very long time, but I'm going to start more. I've been working on a new open source tool for managing cron jobs called Cron Pilot github.com/cronpilot/cronpil…

Laravel community, I’m back on the job market.
If you’re seeking a senior dev with a ton of experience (Laravel 12 years, PHP 18 years) DM me.
Also, could you do me a solid and retweet this?
