It’s important for your development as a person to have a solid 6 months where the only person who cares if you live or die is the gas station guy

So @TylerShultz_ as a Theranos whistleblower. And he wrote the piece you need to read about ‘You Can See Everything.’ Elizabeth Holmes is still lying, he says. And the filmmakers, while creating a great piece of art, fall short on looking outside the walls of her apartment to document that. One key detail: "My wife had to squeeze my arm to prevent me from jumping out of my seat in the theater and screaming, THAT IS NOT THE DEVICE." Again, that device Holmes showed? It's not the one we're talking about!!!! Having seen the film, I basically agree with Tyler's take. statnews.com/2026/10/19/eliz…

I was a Theranos whistleblower. In ‘You Can See Everything,’ Elizabeth Holmes is still lying

A more accurate name would be “You Can See Everything That We Chose To Point The Camera At,”Theranos whistleblower Tyler Shultz writes.

Most people in France can't afford housing. They didn't blame immigrants, or transgender people, or video games, or avocado toast. They blame the government. Because that's who's responsible. That's always who's responsible.

Also want to point out how funny it is that people are complaining about "androgynous designs" in Castlevania of all series
Nikuo 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿@MEATMAAAANOct 17
What I'm getting from the Castlevania discourse is that a lot of people who complain about Hades and Dead Cells "ruining gaming" haven't actually played Hades or Dead Cells

> oldhead castlevania fans hating on her art > name is Gen Z
Shin@MegatenSenshiOct 17
People are using Hades to hate on the New Castlevania now for some reason even though Jen Zee is an absolutely incredible artist and character designer who doesn't deserve this mass slander... Like, I wish her character designs were MORE influential actually.

between Digger and You Can See Everything, i can safely say that post-covid cinema has found it's voice. i've always enjoyed the floundering of voices trying to place postmodernism properly into cinema and i think that these two films are leading the way. skepticism is beautiful
