Could you please explain who decided 2% is the appropriate inflation number and how that was determined? They drive to a number but never explain it. The result is a lot of pain for people through higher rates for homes and credit.

As digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, and agentic technologies continue to reshape commerce and commercial activity, new categories of disputes are emerging. To help meet those evolving needs, the AAA has launched its Web3 Panel, bringing together leading professionals with experience in law, technology, academia, and commercial dispute resolution. The inaugural panel includes: - Kabir Duggal, Ph.D., SJD, Partner, @akin_gump - @devansADR, Counsel, @MurphyKingPC - @HoffProf, Professor of Law, @pennlaw - @paulapendleyLAW, Partner, @NelsonMullins - @RichJWidmann, Head of Strategy, Web3, @Google The AAA will continue to expand the panel with additional arbitrators to reflect the range of legal, technical, and commercial issues emerging across the Web3 ecosystem. New breakthrough quantum algorithm published in @Nature today: Our Willow chip has achieved the first-ever verifiable quantum advantage. Willow ran the algorithm - which we’ve named Quantum Echoes - 13,000x faster than the best classical algorithm on one of the world's fastest supercomputers. This new algorithm can explain interactions between atoms in a molecule using nuclear magnetic resonance, paving a path towards potential future uses in drug discovery and materials science. And the result is verifiable, meaning its outcome can be repeated by other quantum computers or confirmed by experiments. This breakthrough is a significant step toward the first real-world application of quantum computing, and we're excited to see where it leads.

Reid evidently agreed to confidentiality. You're right that it is common for parties to a settlement to agree to confidentiality, but that is because the overall deal is in their interests. My only point is that confidentiality is not inherent to arbitration (unlike mediation).

Common misperception. Arbitration is private, meaning there is no public docket of filings or public testimony. It is NOT confidential unless the parties agree to confidentiality or obtain a protective order. Otherwise, parties are free to publish filings, transcripts, awards...
