I've got @laravelforge setting up my Raspberri Pi Server - Exciting, so nice after having built my last couple of iterations by hand to have it all automated 🤩 🥳 #baremetal #php #laravel

🚀 Gave a talk at #LaravelCapeTown on something wild: Self-hosting a Laravel app on a Raspberry Pi 🤯 Lessons from a Laracasts project: 🖥️ Linux, Nginx, Docker ⚙️ GitHub Actions, Cron 💡 Big respect for Forge & Ploi 🎥 Watch: youtu.be/PkM7vJBSMPM #Laravel #PHP #DevLife

The roll over ability for "overspend" from Ynab4 is still the one thing I miss the most in current @ynab I get the rationale for removing it. Just wish as a power user I could have a me specific setting to enable it. I've always managed family and other loans with this utility.

Great read, especially resonated point for me: "Because half the time UI testing is not just about "does it work" but also "does it feel right". No automation can tell you that. " focusing a bit more on getting hands on with our own builds for the same reason.

For sure! At the time we just hit up this video 💪 youtu.be/9qVyrVNKYhQ?si=izrw… Think it gets you to add the workbench 💪 But outside of that it was a smooth process on Windows, use to suggest Laragon but Herd's the way to go now.

Absolutely understand costing and revenue so not advocating for it. I needed to sort out Mysql outside of herd free and saw that be a hurdle for the few peeps I've been introducing to Laravel. Still the lowest barrier to entry.

Crazy that you can't capitalize only a portion of your flexi facility on your bond with @AbsaSouthAfrica Which means I need to move funds out to only leave what I intend to capitalize, phone, give instruction, wait for it to pass, then move the funds back.

Oof, plans got derailed for MechaNexa yesterday. Sass plans for the year uncertain. Feeling a bit down.
