This is actually one of the coolest, most pro-family, most good-culture thing a company can offer as a perk In-house on-site microschool for company families The future of education model innovation is so so bright
Thanks to new legislation, it's now possible for companies in Florida to offer a free, K-8 Primer on-site for their employees. 100% free for the company, 100% free private school for employees. We'll be piloting this with a few companies soon — DM's open or r@primer.com

This job will be awesome for someone because a) you’ll get to save kids from the clutches of public school and b) you’ll get to work with @delk
There's a new, under-the-radar federal program that will unlock billions of dollars for K-12 school choice on January 1st. I'm hiring a leader to own this for Primer — equal parts GTM, ops, legal, marketing & BD. Reports directly to me. Come save the next generation. DM's open.

this is incredible for texas families and what a great opportunity for @primer who continues to grow at an incredible rate. @delk is the right captain for one of the strongest currents in the country.
For the first time in Texas history, our state has passed a universal school choice bill. This is an extraordinary victory!

To fix energy, build nuclear reactors & batteries. To fix air travel, build fast planes. To fix housing, build houses. And to fix K-12 education, build schools. That's what @delk is doing at @Primer.

Ryan and Primer are doing the Lord’s work
We'll do whatever it takes to fix K-12 education — including changing state laws. There are now 50,000+ new locations where microschools can open across Florida. If we’re going to fix our K-12 education system, we need to launch 1,000’s of new schools. Let's get to work.

Today’s guest, @delk, is on a mission to build a company that creates more ambitious students who can think for themselves. His model empowers the top 1% of teachers to leave the traditional system and start micro-schools in their communities. Ryan is the CEO and Founder of Primer — a platform that helps teachers launch micro-schools in their communities. He’s spent the last decade building tech companies (like Square, Gumroad, and Omni) and was homeschooled K - 8th grade, which served as the early inspiration for Primer. We discuss: - The state of education in America - Building Primer - Ryan’s mission to save San Francisco 0:48 - Homeschooling & education in America 14:28 - Are we getting smarter in the current way we learn in school 16:39 - Building Primer 24:30 - The process of starting a Microschool 29:38 - Zoning challenges & changing legislation 36:35 - Raising money from iconic investors 41:28 - Do people actively try to stop Primer from existing? 44:57 - Hiring undiscovered talent 52:12 - Ryan’s mission to save San Francisco 1:00:28 - Problem paralysis 1:02:38 - GrowSF 1:10:44 - The vibe shift 1:13:21 - Getting the most out of your day 1:22:02 - It’s all fake

Impossible to overstate the importance of this win. Please spread the word. Anduril is proving that with the right team and business model, a seven-year-old company can go toe-to-toe with players that have been around for 70+. The real winner? The United States of America.
The @usairforce has selected Anduril to design, manufacture, and test production-representative Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA). In this era of great power competition, there is no time to waste on business as usual. We look forward to delivering CCAs on schedule, within budget, and at scale. Atlas Shrugged was a documentary
It takes more than 800,000 streams per month to make the equivalent of a $15/hour job, and the vast majority of music artists on platforms like Spotify never get to that number. I introduced the Living Wage for Musicians Act to fight for the fair pay that musicians deserve.

One criteria I learned from @rabois: “Could this be one of the most important companies of the decade?” With @primer the answer is a resounding yes.
Visited 12 of our Microschools today in Miami. Took it as a very positive sign that these K-2 students were equally as excited to tell me their new ELA & Math levels as they were to play soccer during their lunch break. Turns out letting kids set their own goals works.

once you start seeing fragmented industries with unit economics that can be driven down by a near-OOM (+ an improved experience) through economies of scale it's hard to stop Housing -> @coverbuild Education -> @Primer so many sectors sitting duck. build!

The sooner you can learn to ignore the haters, the better. Avoid the temptation to become one or surround yourself with them—it’s fun in the short term, but they are almost never successful at anything other than social media.
