It seems the Microsoft 365 spam filter has been marking legitimate emails as spam this evening…
It’s unclear at this point whether they’ll be re-analysing any emails that did get caught by the spam filter.. or whether items in the quarantine will need reviewing manually.

Microsoft are adding a Force Quit option, direct from the taskbar, when you right click on an application!
This will certainly make things easier from our side - currently we need to go through the whole “open Task Manager, find the process, end the task” with clients on the end of a phone; this will make that conversation much easier!
It used to be worse too - right clicking the taskbar didn’t have the Task Manager option in Windows 11 originally, like we’d all gotten used to… it seems Microsoft are listening to user feedback!
