The legal action by 2 people assaulted by police at the anti Herzog rally is not a damages claim.
Their lawyer Mark Davis says they ‘are seeking that the Supreme Court declare that the Directions in operation that day were unlawful, putting totally innocent people at risk of being beaten up by police.’
