We successfully delivered India’s first independent AI developer conference - AI-India 🇮🇳 on April 12 in Gurgaon. ❤️ 🌞
We had 300+ senior developers, 12 speakers, and 12 deep-dive sessions covering topics like RAG, agents, eval, security, migrating legacy systems using AI, vector search, Vercel AI SDK, Microsoft AI stack, and more. 🔥
What made this conference truly different was its independence.
It wasn’t tied to any single model provider or ecosystem. That gave us the freedom to explore, question, and learn across the entire AI landscape , not just within one platform.
The discussions were intense, technical, and meaningful , real developers talking to developers. No surface-level hype, no social media noise, just deep, honest conversations about building with AI.

We will not hire any male candidates in our company who come from these 4 states in north india...
1. Uttar Pradesh.
2. Rajasthan.
3. Bihar.
4. Madhya Pradesh.
We do have 1 Rajasthani already working for us. She has 100% supposed this.

Yes ill definitely standby this decision... he was an MBA graduate and resume and background looked clean...
But after 2 months he started being abusive to female employees and also tried to force himself on one of them...
For us our teams safety standards and the Young kids we work with is more important than running a business...

The people building AI earnestly believe that it could kill us all by the end of the decade. This is not a marketing stunt. If anything, many executives and senior researchers will couch their phrasing in the press to sound sensible - but I hear the same people express fear privately. No other human activity poses this level of danger.
