We successfully delivered India’s first independent AI developer conference - AI-India 🇮🇳 on April 12 in Gurgaon. ❤️ 🌞 We had 300+ senior developers, 12 speakers, and 12 deep-dive sessions covering topics like RAG, agents, eval, security, migrating legacy systems using AI, vector search, Vercel AI SDK, Microsoft AI stack, and more. 🔥 What made this conference truly different was its independence. It wasn’t tied to any single model provider or ecosystem. That gave us the freedom to explore, question, and learn across the entire AI landscape , not just within one platform. The discussions were intense, technical, and meaningful , real developers talking to developers. What is Loop Engineering? A chatbot gives an answer and stops. An Agent is much more than that! A cycle—think, act, observe, repeat—is the foundation of agent behavior. Loop engineering is the work of designing that cycle so the agent finishes real tasks without getting stuck. You are not only teaching it what to do. You are deciding when it may act, when it must stop, and what happens when a step fails. In loop engineering, you engineer 👉 When to continue 👉 When to stop 👉 How far it may go 👉What a failed step means. 👉What gets remembered inside the loop As an agent developer, you must understand the fundamentals of loop engineering. While building AI agents, keep these five principles in mind: 👉 Scalability: Build systems that can handle more users, tasks, and complexity without breaking. 👉Modularity: Keep components independent so you can improve, replace, or reuse them easily. 👉 Continuous learning: Create feedback loops so agents improve from real-world usage and outcomes. 👉 Resilience: Plan for failures, unclear inputs, and tool errors. Your agent should fail gracefully and recover when possible. 👉 Future-proofing: Design with flexibility. Models, tools, and user needs will change faster than your architecture should.
