(MO)

This is our exact LinkedIn content strategy responsible for $3.3M+ in client revenue:
1. Build the profile like a landing page:
Headline = who you help + outcome + proof
About section = their pain, your mechanism, your results, one DM cta
Featured section = lead magnet or case study
2. Define your unfair advantage before you define your content strategy:
- Proprietary data
- Thousands of client conversations
- Recognisable results
- Patterns nobody else has seen at your scale
3. Build a content funnel:
Some posts grow your audience, some build authority, some generate leads
If every post is trying to do all three it does none of them
Map your content to the job it's doing before you write it
4. Pick 5 recurring formats and repeat them forever:
- Proprietary insight posts
- Internal milestone breakdowns
- Tool stacks
- Lead magnets
- Case study breakdowns
Stop inventing new formats every week
5. Research what already works before writing anything:
Find the top 10 creators targeting your exact audience, pull their highest performing posts from the last 90 days using Taplio or Scripe, analyse the hook, the structure, the visual, the proof, and the CTA
6. Add your original experience to a proven structure
Take the format that worked for someone else and fill it with your data, your client results, your specific numbers, your pattern recognition
The structure is proven and the information is yours
7. Lead with visuals that stop the scroll before the hook does:
> A text hook takes up three lines
> A strong visual dominates the entire mobile screen and communicates the idea before anyone clicks see more
If the visual doesn't create curiosity on its own, rebuild it
8. Use specific numbers in every hook:
- Zero to $10M in 18 months
- 5,000 client conversations
- 100 qualified meetings last month.
- 12 tools behind the system
Specific numbers create a reason to stop scrolling
9. Measure each post by its purpose not its likes
A post with 40 likes that generated 8 qualified DMs outperformed a post with 400 likes that generated none
Reach posts get measured on impressions and authority posts get measured on saves and profile visits, whilst conversion posts get measured on leads and booked calls
10. Repurpose your winners constantly
Most of your followers never saw the first version
New followers definitely didn't
The proven idea gets a better hook, stronger proof, updated examples, and goes out again
Over time you are building a library of formats that already work and the whole system gets easier
YOU WILL REGRET NOT SAVING THIS
Most founders start with an idea. Great founders start with a problem. They solve something that genuinely matters.
A recent Goru World post dived into this issue.

The most successful startups build products or services that they know solves a well-understood problem

Joe Lim estimates that 90 percent of what you see on the internet is advertising in disguise, and he should know. For three years, Lim ran a company called Floodify, which at its peak operated 65,000 dummy social-media accounts used to drum up attention on behalf of paying clients.
The point of this kind of marketing is that nobody is supposed to notice it. But lately, the machinery has started to show.
In April, Justin Bieber headlined two consecutive weekends at Coachella. Coachella is the biggest stage in pop music save only for the Super Bowl, the kind of event that in theory generates its own attention. And yet on both weekends, a Discord server writer Lane Brown had been monitoring hosted paid campaigns for Bieber’s Coachella performances, offering clippers — people who are hired to turn a song, trailer, interview, stump speech, or whatever into short, social-media-friendly fragments — as much as a dollar per thousand views.
“On social media, popular opinion is being formed, measured, and manipulated all at once, and every signal the platforms produce — a trending song, a backlash, a talking point, the feeling that ‘everybody’ is suddenly talking about the same thing — can now be fabricated by unseen actors with hidden agendas,” writes Brown.
“Everybody is doing this now,” Lim says. “And if you’re not, you’re behind.”
Brown reports on how the same techniques are now being used to fool people on every app they go to in order to find out what other people think, not just in music but across entertainment, politics, consumer products, and celebrity gossip: nymag.visitlink.me/w6Bu9N

Watching the robots do their thing was quite interesting at @SusHiTech_SUJP .
It gets you thinking about the future possibilities, but also the challenges and limitations of what they can do today.

I have now missed the first session at 11am I wanted to see at @SusHiTech_SUJP 2026, stuck in this queue. 20 mins in and I'm only halfway.
Despite receiving a QR code on the ticket via email - everyone needs to queue up if they havent PRINTED IT OUT ON A4 paper.
What the ... ????
I can't believe a tech event needs a paper ticket in 2026. A terrible, terrible advertisement for Japanese tech.
Happy to be a digital transformation consultant for Sushi Tech next year to improve the customer experience.

Finally getting my badge after 60 mins.
Seriously, for a city that promotes itself as a Sustainable High Tech City they have a long way to go with that bank of paper printers at registration.
Off to see the show now and put thay ordeal behind me.
