Ghostty is leaving GitHub. I'm GitHub user 1299, joined Feb 2008. I've visited GitHub almost every single day for over 18 years. It's never been a question for me where I'd put my projects: always GitHub. I'm super sad to say this, but its time to go. mitchellh.com/writing/ghostt…
I wanted JavaScript documentation without paragraphs of bla-bla, like in Turbo Pascal/Delphi. Made this manually before LLMs, now published online.
Calcish documentation is now available online calcish.com/blog/2026/04/27/…

can llms reliably roll the dice? 🎲
we shed new light on stochasticity limitations of llms, discussing some ways in which things can improve: tools, prngs, and 'just giving a random number to the model™'
great work from @gu_xiangming while being a student researcher with us 🚀
Not sure if we won't have to rewrite everything in Rust, because Claude will find all the memory bugs, or we'll rewrite everything in Rust because it's easy.

TIL about SQLite .www mode:
$ sqlite3 my.db
sqlite> .www
sqlite> SELECT * from mytable;
Opens the result of select in a browser and shows the table!
My favorite HTML 3.2 that I forgotten about is <hr noshade> (removes 3D from hr)
🚨 Introducing ThreePointTwo: Utility-first attributes for the World Wide Web to rapidly build modern websites.
@tailwindcss showed us how easy it is to create when you don't have to think about CSS. ThreePointTwo takes this to the next level: now you don't have to write classes
Just tried for various text tasks: not bad for 350M! Follows instructions almost perfectly. Very nice for its weight category.
Replying to @liquidai
Trained on 28T tokens with scaled RL, LFM2.5-350M is a step change from LFM2-350M:
> instruction following: 18.20 → 40.69
> data extraction: 11.67 → 32.45
> tool use: 22.95 → 44.11
These are the capabilities that matter in production.
