"There are two kinds of thoughts: those that think 'AI is going to take my job,' and those that think 'AI is going to create plenty of work, business, and opportunities.' Yes, it may take part of my role, but I’m going to add five more roles because I can do ten more things." Anthropic hired this engineer at $250K-$750K/year because he can build knowledge graphs for multi-agent systems In this 15-minute workshop, he shows exactly how to build one with loops from scratch step 1 → start with the Claude Agent SDK - loop, context, and sandbox are already handled step 2 → split the brain from the hands - reasoning in one place, tools in a sandbox, ~60% faster to first token step 3 → run it server-side and log every step - close your laptop and it keeps going, crashes resume from the log step 4 → make failure cheap - retry dead sandboxes and replay lost context instead of starting over step 5 → turn yesterday's logs into new memory and skills - it wakes up smarter Anthropic calls this "dreaming" Most people spend weeks wiring this by hand You don't have to Watch it, bookmark it, then read the full graph guide below ↓

Downstream oil and gas for instance runs on very low margins 10% ish, so $50m, $35m reinvested, $15m ditrubuted amongst shareholders in dividends yearly. But then the shareholder that gets $1.5m goes to buy a second hand accidented Rolls Royce from America gets mobile police, gets one small flat in Banana Island and is christened as a Nigerian billionaire.
Even before the GREAT devaluation of 2015, Nigeria had only about 40 companies generating more than $500m in annual revenue. After years of currency devaluation, that number is probably about 20 in dollar terms. So when people casually talk about Nigeria having hundreds of “secret” or “invisible” billionaires, I genuinely wonder where these fortunes are supposed to be coming from. Remember the SI unit of billionaire is US dollar,

More Education = Lower Financial Outcomes Comparatively speaking!! What does this tell us?
Replying to @jburnmurdoch
I think this is illustrative of a broader blindspot in policymaking. Education policy is key to economic growth as a country moves from low to high income, but after a certain point the opposite force becomes stronger: *the economy drives educational outcomes*. The UK outperforms most of its peers on education, whether measured in international school assessments, university attendance or measures of adult skills. But for the past two decades it has done very badly on the economy: weak productivity growth, stagnant wages and continued loss of skilled manufacturing jobs. So rather than strong education performance making everyone happy or better-off, it has made everyone angry that they put in the work, acquire the skills, but end up with crap outcomes, often worse than their parents. Work hard and you will succeed! lies! You succeed by first being mentally tough! That is the only thing that allows you to work hard and kill procrastination. 🚀😀
You have to be mentally tough to work hard. The risk taking element isn't entrepreneurship vs employment. It's hard work vs procrastination. Hard work itself is the real risk. "Tiger isn't tougher because he works hard, he works hard because he is tougher".👇🚀🚀🚀✊️🚀😀

Anthropic new invisible watermark in all AI generated text is great but risks incorrectly attributing original “human” work to AI. If I do the large part of the thinking and generation then I give AI to polish, the work gets wrongly attributable to AI!!
Anthropic says new Claude models will embed invisible watermarks in all generated text, everywhere Claude is offered. The watermark is part of the text, it isn't metadata: "it will travel with the text when it's copied and pasted elsewhere, and may persist through some editing." This starts with models launched on or after August 2, 2026, under an EU AI Act code Anthropic signed. Anthropic is still working on adding it to current models. The rollout is worldwide.

Big Herbert Energy is having a non-stop motor and a social battery that simply never runs out. It is the drive to show up in person, no matter where in the world you have to go or how tired you are. Instead of making excuses, making phone calls from an office, or sending someone else in your place, you get on the plane, sit across the table, and look people in the eye. You show up to every single meeting because you know that being in the room is what actually moves things forward. What makes this approach special is how much energy it holds for people. Most people get exhausted when they try to keep up with too many contacts, but this mindset handles hundreds of real relationships at the same time. It means remembering the small details, picking up the phone late at night, and checking in on people. It isn't just about making quick business deals; it is about keeping a huge circle of personal connections warm and active all at once. In short, it is choosing to put your entire body and mind into the work. It means trading a calm, quiet life for constant movement and deep human connection. You win simply by out-moving, out-meeting, and out-caring everyone else around you.
We all remember HW's work ethic. But the existence of people like Herbert Wigwe does not prove that every intelligent, relentless operator can force every institution to scale. But when you take that Big Herbert like energy to a massive project or business, you are far more likely to achieve scale. However, hard work/grind/grit itself, its a massive risk. Because if you go all out and fail, its completely different from living a ''balanced life'' then failing. Total commitment is an unhedged bet. If you go all-in and fail, the personal cost is fundamentally different than failing while living a balanced life.

A startup doesn't have to be your life's work, but if it is, you become much harder to defeat. You play the long game and you outlast everyone. Because practically everyone else is an opportunist by comparison.

“I am absolutely petrified of failure” Herbert Wigwe Those life changing moments that make you who you are. A revealing interview of one of the greatest entrepreneurs this country has produced. RIP Herbert.
Herbert Wigwe narrates the story of his worst day in his career as Access Bank CEO. It was a $35m (over N4.4b) loan facility that owed by African Petroleum (AP) Plc that became non-performing in 2009. Femi Otedola was the chairman of AP Plc at that time. Herbert was under severe pain that he got hospitalized. If they didn't manage this situation, they could become completely bankrupt. Herbert and Aig had to sell all their assets through fire sale to maintain their reputation. The process took ten days.
