BBC just claimed this is Norway’s first World Cup finals goal since Rekdal scored against Brazil in 1998.
This is of course incorrect, their last World Cup goal was Guro Reiten against Japan in 2023.

The BBC's claim refers to Norway's men's team in the FIFA World Cup, where they last scored in 1998 before 2026. The goal cited in the post is from the women's tournament. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norway_at… en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guro_Reit…

Dear white parents with babies or toddlers, please buy your little ones Black and Brown baby dolls. You're not doing them a favor when all they see is whiteness. Tell your babies how beautiful that Black or Brown doll is. Introduce your babies to story books with Black and Brown people. Stop erasing us from your book and toy collections.

You blame immigrants for the housing crisis, the healthcare collapse, and even the high cost of groceries.
No one thanks immigrants for doing the jobs rejected by many Canadians. You’re okay with immigrants picking up your Uber orders, caring for your older adults, working factory jobs and much more. Do some soul-searching and tell yourself some hard truths. Immigrants are not the problem.
