Complete internet blackout across Afghanistan since 6pm local time today. This means no communication between those inside Afghanistan and those outside the country!
Consequences would be more devastating as it seems like.
Looking for reliable alternatives for those residing in Afg (particularly in provinces where the fibre-optic internet has been shut down).
Asking for students who pursue online education from within the country. I'd greatly appreciate your inputs!

در ۱۷ اسد سال ۱۳۷۷ طالبان با حمله به شهر مزار شریف دست به نسل کشی مردم ملکی و بی دفاع هزاره زدند.بیش از ده هزار نفر به صورت بی رحمانه ای کشته شدند و تاکنون عاملین آن جنایت محاکمه نشده اند.

در میان عواملی به‌دست آمده، «خشونت‌های طالبان» در موارد خودکشی در افغانستان به‌عنوان عامل جدید اضافه شده است. بربنیاد گزارش رسانه‌ها، دست‌کم 15 نفر در یک سال گذشته در پی خشونت از سوی نیروهای طالبان، دست به خودکشی زده‌اند.
