I don't understand why @RoyalMail need to send me a bucket load of emails 'we got it' 'its here' 'it's on it's way' 'it's here' 'we got it' And then 'we'll deliver it' and then don't And then the next day 'we'll deliver it' like nothing happened What a waste otf time and pixels
