The announcement reached far further than I expected, and I honestly worded it stressfully following people letting me know @SteamDB had catched it being delisted, then Steamworks had replied at 1am.
Putting Valve in a bad light wasn't the intent.
I'll give more details:
Steam release status:
Classic Offensive has been submitted for build review since October 6th, Steam have yet to review the build which "takes 3-5 business days"
We did not receive any ETA or response from Steamworks.
Planned release was December 25th for the mod's anniversary
We've added more weapon settings to the menus, so they can easily be modified.
We've also unlocked commands:
You can now set how much your weapon moves when looking around, but also have a negative visual recoil as in 1.6.

November's devlog will be short: Nuke progress and Zombie Mod.
We'll be playtesting both this weekend, stream links will be posted as usual.

With the VScript improvements we've done, @ZooL_Smith has remade Zombie Mod, a bit late for Halloween we know.
It runs on any map but the gameplay was modified a bit to get around some issues for now.
Special thanks to @AlbanyKnight for porting the CS:GO Zombie model.
