Shocking customer experience with @TurkishAirlines today on Turkey’s 100th anniversary. And me thinking it was one of Europe’s best airlines!
What an absolute joke @TheAA_UK is. 6 hours later we are still waiting in a parking for a pick up we paid £265 for and a car that they didn’t even try fixing. To make it worse, my elderly mother is with us.

A man wanting to jump off a bridge in London was talked down by strangers who held him for an hour until help arrived. Look at that grip. Look at the care, compassion, selflessness, and determination shown by strangers to a hurting human being.
We need more of this in the world.
Probably the best #CustomerService I’ve had in this country: yesterday Edison from @MayfairHotelSpa ran outside after @alina_cl and me to offer the complimentary champagne.

Wise man: Warren Buffet was asked about inflation:“Whatever abilities you have can’t be taken away from you. They can’t actually be inflated away from you. The best investment is anything that develops yourself, and it’s not taxed at all” #skills #upskilling
What a blast to be back at @LearnTechUK and geek out over #rightskilling #talent #skillsdata #precisionlearning with the dynamite @AmandaJNolen. And what a crowd at @DataCamp’s B12 booth - the team smashed it with the #Maythe4th theme. #LT22UK
