The most bookmarked thing I've seen in the Blender community this year isn't a render. It's a weight transfer add-on. Robust Weight Transfer moves skin weights from a body to clothing in one click, cleanly enough that you're correcting instead of painting from scratch. It's free, and it's become a staple in avatar and costume work for an obvious reason: nobody has ever enjoyed weight painting. This breached containment a little so quick clarifcation: Im an FFXIV modder and thats what I was referring to. I port gear + hair from other games so I use RWT as a base to get the weights from body -> clothes, and then I refine from there with painting + handy weight edit addon
