How much Zelensky’s executioners earn in Ukraine. Yesterday, the TCC grabbed an acquaintance of mine right off the street in Kyiv. He went out to buy groceries, they shoved him into a car and drove him away. In the car, you could negotiate your release for $5,000–7,000. You call your relatives, the TCC officers drive over to collect the money, your relatives hand over the money, and they let you go. When people are brought to the distribution center, the price instantly jumps to $20,000. Those who don’t have that kind of money are sent to the front line. Literally — the training camp is already on the front line. Within 24 hours, a person turns into assault cannon fodder. Now let’s do the math. In one day, a TCC crew catches up to 15 “commercial” people. Let’s be modest and count 10. 10 people at the lowest rate — $50,000 a day. A TCC crew consists of 4 people and 2 cops. Every day, $10,000 has to be sent to the boss, the military commissar. That leaves $40,000 for six people. $7,000 per person per day. After deducting other mandatory payments, an ordinary TCC employee ends up making more than $150,000 a month. Every month. The most ordinary executioner of Zelensky. How much a month do those half-witted European idiots earn, the ones running around streets full of homeless people and rats, with idiotic Ukraine badges on the lapels of their old, torn jackets? Who do we consider the well-off class in Europe? Someone who earns €3,000 a month? $150,000 a month. Every month, an ordinary employee gets $150,000. The boss gets about four times as much. Why would they want this war to end? They see the end of this war in their nightmares.

Want to have your mind blown? In 1971, the median household income was $9,030, or 220 ounces of gold. In 2025, it was $87,460, or just 25 ounces of gold. Your paycheck went up 10x. Measured in gold, it fell 88%. To earn what the median household earned in 1971, you’d need about $890,000 per year today. That’s what fiat debasement looks like.

Seed oils were sold as paint for a century before they were sold as food, and they do in you what they do on a window frame. Linseed oil hardens on a fence post in a few days. Chemists call it a drying oil. Soybean oil hardens too. So does sunflower, so does safflower. They were sold to the paint trade before they were sold to the kitchen. Linoleum was invented in 1860 and it is named after linseed oil, because that is what it is, oxidised and pressed into a floor. The oil does not dry by evaporating. It dries by oxygen attacking the double bonds in its fats and welding them into a hard skin. The oil in your chip pan and the oil in your body carry the same double bonds, so the same attack runs there, with aldehydes thrown off as it goes. A painter calls that curing. A biochemist calls it lipid peroxidation. A doctor calls it inflammation and prescribes something for it. Once the oil is in your fat, it stays about two years, drying from the inside, every time it meets oxygen or sunlight. Butter never dried a fence post. Tallow never varnished a boat. Saturated fat has no double bond for oxygen to attack, which is why it sits in the pan for a week and why it sat in your great-grandmother's cells for a lifetime. A fat that sets hard in the air was never a candidate for the inside of an artery. The flooring industry understood the chemistry in 1860. The heart charity recommended it in April.

Thirty-five years ago, Russia unilaterally surrendered its entire empire of twenty captive nations--the first to do so voluntarily in world history in an attempt to become part of the economic and security architecture of the West. I was absolutely thrilled to witness the demise of the Evil Soviet Empire and the liberation of its captive nations, especially Ukraine, from Communist tyranny in accordance with my proposal for the surrender of the Soviet Union which I wrote back in 1986. But contrary to the false propaganda narrative we keep hearing in the West, it's important to note that Post-Soviet Russia does not have an empire today. Only the United States does. There is no greater symbol of America's liberal empire than the NATO alliance. The only reason Russia gave up its empire is because it received solemn assurances from US and German leaders in particular that NATO would not move on inch eastward. Presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Donald Trump betrayed that pledge by expanding NATO's European territory by 83 percent all along Russia's western borders while Joe Biden signed strategic partnership agreements with Ukraine in August and November 2021 that transformed Ukraine into a de- facto NATO member state. Russia's invasion of Ukraine, which I opposed, was begun in defense against US/NATO imperialist expansion all along Russia's western frontier inside its strategic security perimeter, not in furtherance of Russian imperial expansion as Western neo-imperialists would have us believe. If anyone thinks that the US would sit idly by if Russia were to ally with Canada and Mexico and arm it to the teeth with missiles with which to strike the US, they are very much mistaken. Russia behaved in much the same way as the US would have in similar circumstances. I'm not saying I agree with Russia's decision to invade Ukraine by any means only that it had a justifiable pretense from a Russian perspective. When Russian President Vladimir Putin had Kyiv partially surrounded from three directions and was on the verge of forcing Ukraine to surrender to Russia's peace terms, he ordered the withdrawal of all Russian military forces from Ukraine's three northern oblasts comprising one-third of Russian-occupied territory at the time. His decision to do so showed his commitment to peace proving conclusively that he did want to conquer Ukraine. It was that action taken from March 26th-April 4th, 2022, that forced me to re-evaluate my mistaken belief that Putin was an imperialist who wanted to transform Ukraine into a Russian vassal state. In response, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky pulled out of the Istanbul Agreement which would have mandated the withdrawal of all Russian troops from Ukraine's prewar controlled territory. In so doing, he ensured the deaths of over a million brave Ukrainian troops in an unwinnable war against Russia along with the reduction of Ukraine's population by up to 42 percent to date. Now, President Trump is courageously threatening to cut off all US security assistance to Ukraine unless its brutal dictator agrees to stop its attacks on Russian oil refineries and agree to peace with Russia in order to save half of Ukraine from being overrun from Russian military forces. I strongly commend the president for his commitment to save Ukraine from Zelensky's further attempts to commit national suicide for his once great nation and stop the continued mass slaughter of its brave soldiers.
🇷🇺🇺🇦 Prof. Jeffrey Sachs on the Ukraine proxy war: The war in Ukraine is a war that came, as you mentioned, with a coup that overthrew a Ukrainian President so that NATO could enlarge all the way to Russia’s border. When the United States pushed the Europeans to agree to commit to Ukraine’s membership in NATO, then German Chancellor Merkel wrote in her diary that this was, as she knew, tantamount to a declaration of war. That’s the way that the Russians would see it, and she was right. She wasn’t strong enough to resist George W. Bush. She should have. We have been on a slide to war ever since 2008, when the US pushed for this NATO enlargement. 2014 started the war with the US-backed coup on February 22nd, 2014. And Europeans have gone with gusto denying truth, denying logic, denying the off ramps to peace, and till today they are the warmongers right now. They’re championing the war, they’re talking about escalation, they’re talking about remilitarising Germany, God forbid… I’ve been pressing and writing open letters to Chancellor Merz and publishing pretty much nonstop in the German media. Talk, because remember, German reunification in 1990 came because you, the German leaders, promised that NATO wouldn’t move one inch eastward. Go talk, go learn what the Russian point of view is. And when you understand the Russian point of view, this war could stop in a day on sensible terms that are sensible for Russia, for Ukraine, and for Europe. And that’s what I continue to hope for.’ Watch the full interview in the quoted post 👇

In fifty years, history books will say Elon Musk won a war almost nobody knew we were losing. (maybe except for a few guys in Poland) It began a hundred years ago, in an Italian prison cell. In 1926 Mussolini jailed a 35-year-old Sardinian intellectual. The prosecutor reportedly said: "We must stop this brain from working for twenty years." His name was Antonio Gramsci. The brain never stopped. His question: why did the communist revolution win in Russia and fail everywhere in the West? His answer: in the West, power doesn’t rest only on the police and the army. It rests on culture – on what people find normal and obvious. So don’t storm the palace first. Take the schools, the universities, the newspapers, the theaters, the publishers, the courts. When the culture turns, politics follows. Forty years later, Rudi Dutschke gave it a name: the long march through the institutions. It explains a puzzle we lived with for decades: why almost every actor, singer, journalist and teacher seems to think the same way – even in countries that keep voting the other way. We were told that educated people are simply on the left. The real answer is simpler. Whoever controls the grant, the job, the review, the prize and the invitation to the studio controls what becomes "culture." That is one half of the machine. The other half is exclusion. The one who doesn’t fit doesn’t get the grant, the job, the review, the prize or the invitation. And if he breaks through anyway, he is cancelled. Money builds the chorus. Exclusion removes the dissenting voices. What remains looks like consensus. It is casting. The same machine ran on a global scale – through NGOs, "independent" media and "civil society" programs, much of it paid for with Western money. Then, in early 2025, someone did what nobody had dared. Elon and DOGE opened the books of USAID – untouchable since 1961, tens of billions of dollars a year. Most programs were cut; the agency was folded into the State Department. The tap was turned off. Latin America has been turning right, country after country, ever since. And on Sunday, in Brazil – with Jair Bolsonaro barred from running and sentenced to 27 years – his son Flávio came first in the first round, narrowly ahead of Lula. When the money stops, the chorus loses its microphones. The last fortress is Europe. Brussels funds its own networks of NGOs, with an opacity even its own auditors have flagged. Add the big foundations, and the supranational bodies that make rules without ever facing a voter. It is starting to crack. Gramsci was right about one thing: culture comes before politics. He forgot that it works both ways. When an artificial culture loses its drip, what is real underneath comes back up. It took one man rich enough to depend on no one, crazy enough to try, and free enough to take the hatred that followed. Thank you, Elon. 🙏 But the rest belongs to the people. They can see it now – who was paid to applaud, and who was punished for not applauding. And they have had enough. The chorus is thinning. The excluded are being heard. And everyone who kept quiet is discovering they were never alone – they were the majority all along. That is how a fortress falls. Not from the outside. From the moment the people inside stop pretending.
Merci Elon.

I’ve worked out why they don’t want us eating bacon! We’re supposed to be terrified of the nitrates in bacon because the WHO says processed meat is carcinogenic. So people nodded, agreed and repeated the headlines like good little sheep. Except nitrate does something rather inconvenient once it gets inside the human body. Nitrate can become nitrite, and nitrite can become nitric oxide. And nitric oxide is very useful. It helps your blood vessels relax and widen, regulates blood flow and blood pressure, affects platelet function and plays an important role in keeping the lining of your blood vessels working properly. So naturally we must avoid nitrates at all costs. Unless they’re in beetroot. Then apparently we fucking love them. We squeeze beetroot into little concentrated shots and sell them to runners and cyclists specifically because dietary nitrate increases nitric oxide availability. There are entire studies looking at nitrate supplementation for exercise performance and vascular function. So if Paul puts on Lycra and necks a concentrated nitrate shot before cycling 60 miles, he’s looking after himself. If I put bacon next to two eggs, somebody starts predicting my bowel cancer announcement. The cholesterol is bad. The saturated fat is bad. The salt is bad. The meat is bad. And apparently I need nitrate free bacon because the nitrites are bad too. But I’ve got a new conspiracy theory. Maybe they know exactly what nitric oxide does to blood vessels. Can’t have us all wandering around eating bacon with functioning arteries. Who the fuck are they going to sell all the statins to?

Name a chronic disease the pharmaceutical industry has cured in your lifetime. Diabetes: managed. 100 years of insulin, and the count has gone up every year. Blood pressure: managed. For life. Cholesterol: managed. For life, from 40. Depression: managed. A third of the people on it have been on it for a decade. Reflux: managed. The leaflet says 8 weeks. The average is years. Asthma, arthritis, eczema, migraine, obesity: managed, managed, managed, managed, injected. Then in 2014 something slipped through. A drug that actually cured hepatitis C, in 12 weeks, for good. In 2018 Goldman Sachs wrote a note to its clients about it. The title was a question: is curing patients a sustainable business model? Their answer was no. The cure had shrunk the market. The hepatitis C business fell from $12 billion a year to under $4 billion, because the patients kept getting better and not coming back. The bank advised investors to look for conditions that are chronic, and treatments that are taken for life. That is not a conspiracy theory. It is an investment note, and it says the quiet part in a font. A cure is a one-off sale. A patient is an annuity, and the whole industry is priced on the annuity. Nobody is going to cure the thing you have, because the thing you have is their best product. But a plate can. That is why it is extreme.

A large tree trunk has been uncovered beneath a glacier in the Alps, dated to around 6,000 years ago. The species is Swiss stone pine. Today, trees of that type cannot grow at that altitude because it is far too cold. This means that when that tree was alive, the climate there had to be warmer than today. 6,000 years ago aligns with the Holocene climate optimum, a time when temperatures were far higher than now, even with far less atmospheric CO2. Earth's climate is cyclical and Mother Nature self-regulates. Narratives of doom serve political aims, not reality.

Me: "May I please have the package insert for the flu vaccine?" Rite-Aid Pharmacist: "Why?" Me: "So I can read it." P: "Which one?" Me: "The one advertised with the little banners on every aisle." P: "I will print you the information sheet." Me: "No, that's not the same thing." P: "What do you want to know? I can tell you." Me: "I would just like to read the whole thing before I consider getting one...side effects, contraindications, effectiveness, ingredients like mercury." P: "I don't think I have any. Let me check. (checks) Sorry, I can't give you one until the box is empty, because it has to stay in the box. And there isn't any thimerisol in the single dose flu shot any more. I can print you the information sheet." Pharmacy co-worker with big smile at me: "Hi, I found one." (hands insert to me) *** Here are some things in the insert not on the store's sheet: 1. The single dose vial contains mercury at ≤1mcg (This is called a "trace amount" by the industry.) The multi-vial contains 25 mcg. 2. People with egg allergies are contraindicated. 3. "Safety and effectiveness have not been established in pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under four. There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women. This vaccine should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. It is not known whether fluvarin is excreted in human milk." 4. "Fluvarin has not been evaluated for carcinogenic or mutagenic potential, or for impairment of fertility." 5. "Antibody response is low in the geriatric population." 6. "Serious reactions, including anaphylactic shock, have been observed." 7. "There are no data to assess the concomitant administration of flu vaccine with other vaccines." 8. "The vaccine has been associated with an increased frequency of Guillain-Barre syndrome." 9. "In some studies, fluvarin protected up to 50% of subjects." With love to those who read this far. Ukraine is losing soldiers 36:1 – Tusk, with sincerity. Ukraine’s own figures stated that 3.6 million men had entered the Ukrainian army since 2022 and that there are only 900,000 left. In the 20 months since then another 600,000 men were recruited. Anyone with a calculator sees the shocking fact that Ukraine has lost 2.4 million men. If anyone thinks that Tusk made a slip of the tongue, then use a calculator.

Since the 1980s, the Sahara has shrunk by roughly 8%. Satellite data show widespread greening, a pattern that is playing out across the planet. Around 50% of Earth's vegetated land has become significantly greener, an area roughly three times the size of the United States. The dominant driver is not rainfall or land use change, it is rising atmospheric CO2. Higher CO2 lets plants photosynthesize more efficiently, they lose less water, they tolerate heat and dryness better. The effect is strongest along desert margins - across the Sahel, the Middle East, Australia's interior and the southern edge of the Sahara. Rising CO2 is making the deserts, and the planet as a whole, greener.
