So I’m going to ask you give one simple gift this year: Tell at least one person you know that you appreciate them, share what you value in them, be there for them. Life’s too short. My friends who have passed this year & prior would’ve ask the same.

In order to support someone with a severe form of energy-limiting illness, the first step is to believe in the illness as something physiological. The second step is not to make them feel responsible for their misery. The third step is to raise awareness on their behalf.
