Just shipped some pretty sweet updates to our CoverageImpact free tool project.
1. You can now graph data by day/week/month. Some of those longer term examples were looking pretty mad with daily as the only option. Fixed now.
2. The support for coverage data imported from the likes of Cision, MuckRack, Meltwater, Buzzsumo, Critical Mention etc is so so much better. Just download your data in CSV format from these tools (and many more) and upload into CoverageImpact. We strip out everything apart from the date published data to create your coverage time-line. Then you can layer on impact data.
More to come.... #prmeasurement #publicrelations

I'm not one for STS (shiny tool syndrome) but I will say - clients LOVE @coveragebook reports.
That's one tool that's worth it.

We launched a new free tool last week called CoverageImpact. It was built to help you visualise how your PR coverage impacts real-world outcomes. 100s of people have used it already.
At 4pm GMT today (Tuesday 5th March) we'll run a 30 min webinar on how to use it. Come join if you're curious. If you can't make that time sign up and we'll send you a recording. lnkd.in/edRnSrKh
We'll cover:
- Creating coverage timeline graphs in seconds: Learn how CoverageImpact creates coverage timeline graphs, allowing you to display your coverage over time using your CoverageBook data.
- Layering impact data onto your coverage: We’ll show you how to overlay impact data onto your coverage timeline, including sales figures, customer satisfaction metrics, and data from widely available sources like Google Trends.
- How to use Google Trends data: Understand why Google Trends data is a useful source, learn how to use it effectively and how to add search traffic to your graph.
- How this fits with your existing CoverageBook workflow: Discover how CoverageImpact works with your existing CoverageBook account.

I'm reading a lot about PR budgets being cut because of poor impact/outcome measurement. Working on a new free tool called CoverageImpact that I think could help.

It should be easy to make a nice "coverage over time" visual 📈 from your coverage tracker spreadsheet. Then add & correlate the impact it's had (or not). e.g. Search trends, sales, leads etc. Without having to be a pivot table or data viz nerd!
