Quick clarification:
Expert Contributor claims will go live shortly after Cycle 4 begins (not before). We need a little more time to make the claim process as secure as possible, especially with X verification involved.
This is the only change, and everything else in the update remains the same. Sorry for the confusion, and thanks for bearing with us while we get this right.
