South Dakota just enacted a ban on gender affirming care for trans youth. Iowa and North Dakota have introduced similar legislation this session. It is critical that Minnesota is a place of refuge for trans people, supportive families, and care providers. 🏳️‍⚧️

Yes, Gamera is friend to ALL children, but this week, I want folks to know trans children are included in that. Trans kids exist. I was one.
Imagine a colossal dire turtle, bipedal and toothed. Tusks. There are tusks, too. This is Gamera, Guardian of the Universe. He isn't part of the same universe as Godzilla, but he is very much in the spirit of the King of the Monsters. Not pictured is how he can tuck his legs into his shell and blast jets of fire from the leg-holes, rocketing into the air like... well, like a rocket. As per, this Gamera is decked out in the colors of the Trans flag. There is text that reads, "Gamera, friend to trans children." If Godzilla didn't exist, Gamera would pro'lly be my favorite.
