If we are speaking to one person and others can hear us, then we are speaking to all of them.
It is not just about how the person we are talking to receives our message. It is also about the messages others take away from our conversation. Or argument, as the case may be. 3/

#Communication is a full-body exercise. Our message is more likely to be heard when we put our whole self into it. In home offices we can forget how human beings actually communicate.
Here are some tips to get your body involved in your #wfh communication: (1/4)
3. If you can, stand when you speak. If you are on a telephone call, put your headphones on and walk around. Put this energy into your conversation.
4. Smile. We can all hear a smile, even if we can't see the smiler. (3/4)
5. Send your energy out to the people you speak to. Think of how you are connected. Feel this #connection and embody it in your communication.
