In a world where everyone is telling you to be radical, it's the ultimate act of rebellion to be evenhanded, temperate, nuanced, integrative, and universally loving.

Climate Change by the Numbers
Severe drought, intense hurricanes, coastal flooding, historic wildfires, the list goes on and on. The climate apocalypse is now and it's only going to get worse.
Can’t wait to watch this talk in it’s entirety. Thanks @mariahhay for doing us proud and leading by example. 🤚I swear to design tools, not weapons.
.@mariahhay just got this entire auditorium to raise their right hand and say this oath. 🤚🏼🤚🏽🤚🏾🤚🏿#mtpcon

Here’s a general rule: More guns = more gun deaths. It holds across countries, and note how much the U.S. stands out. wapo.st/gunreforms
Although Chris Wylie uses the phrase “psychological warfare weapon” these techniques (micro-targeting and psychological profiling) are similar to those being employed in the apps we use and design everyday... youtu.be/FXdYSQ6nu-M #CambridgeAnalytica
So happy to see Sketch adapting to the market with Sketch 49’s new prototyping feature. Although it’s simple and nowhere near InVision’s feature set, I have a natural apprehension to give my entire design workflow to one company. Even if it‘s inevitable and makes life easier.

I used to be a hoarder of design concepts because I was scared my ideas would slip away forever or I just wanted to show off my vision for the product. I’ve began scrapping my digital clutter which has allowed me to approach design problems with more presence and intentionality.
Sad to see @InVisionApp LiveShare go. My PM @ddrackham and I used it quite a bit, not for collaborating, but for qualitative prototype testing and observation. Wondering if they considered the adjacent value the feature was providing for design teams?
When Designers iterate and perform rapid prototyping we are simply tapping into the natural process of evolution, particularly natural selection. Think about the customer interactions that inform the convergence of design patterns like buttons, form fields, even onboarding flows.

Wow, this is rad. An amazing pairing of AI photo recognition and systematized design components. 👏👏👏 xitter.cf/airbnbdesign/status/92…
