Thank you to everyone who donated cookies for our annual cookie drive! All teachers and staff, including guest educators, will be taking home cookies to start off their winter break! Here is Nurse Cockerham picking up her cookies.

Yesterday 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders had a virtual visit with author Jennifer A. Nielsen - @nielsenwriter. She is a 2021-2022 Texas Bluebonnet Award winner for "Words on Fire." The students had a great time hearing about her books and learning about her writing process.

Looking forward to supporting our SPHS seniors (you’ll always be Chandler Oaks Cheetahs to us!). We’ve been told it’s free to get in to shop. Tickets are for the breakfast. #rrisd #santa #iknowhim

It's time for the @Scholastic Book Fair! Where the $20 you give your child will go towards highlighters, glow in the dark stars, and a "how to be a spy" book. But hurry before all the good Baby-sitter Club are picked over. 😉 #rundontwalk #icansmellthepagesfromhere

Congratulations to our yearbook contest winner, 3rd grade student Aadya Nayak! Aadya's artwork will be the cover of the 2021-2022 yearbook! You can purchase your yearbook here: balfour.com/texas/round-rock… #rrisd #coerocks #gocheetahs
