@beehiiv A global client I manage had their account downgraded. I no longer can send emails. I no longer have chat support. Buzz will not submit a ticket. Everything was working fine and then about 30mins ago the post editor updated and then my account downgraded all in one moment. The price of reactivating the plan has increased over 20%. It has also reverted to old card details. Please provide a route to support.
