Rush E on a physically modelled concert grand piano in klangknecht, my own (still unreleased) #DAW. No samples: waveguide strings, felt hammer, dampers, half-pedaling, sympathetic resonance, modal soundboard, all in real time. youtube.com/watch?v=oCzmU0He… #PhysicalModeling #RushE

Thanks again for testing! Polyphony works via multichannel playback: press Alt-N on the modular page or on F4, then every note gets its own channel. But the stuck notes were a bug, note-offs never reached plugin instruments in that mode. It's fixed now and new build is up online.

New build is up. On the modular page (Ctrl-F9) the MIDI keyboard now plays the selected operator, so you can keep the VST GUI open (O) while playing. It still goes through an instrument, so you need one on F4 that has the VST set as its plugin.

Glad it all works now. The modular page is only for wiring things up, it doesn't take notes from the keyboard so far in the moment yet. Notes go into a VST through an instrument, so play it on the instrument page (F4) or in the pattern editor (F2), like you already did.

Thanks for testing again! Found it: with JUCE-based plugins (GForce, XLN & co.) the plugin window could only be created once, and the scan had already used that up. Fixed, new binary is up on the website. Let me know if anything else is off.

Thank you for the bugreport! I've updated the binary on the website. The VST3 scanner gave each plugin just 10 seconds, hid license/demo popups & tripped over some float math inside a few of them. Fixed all three. If AD2 & co. still don't show up after a rescan, let me know.

@SwirlsDefy Then have a look into github.com/BeRo1985/pasvulka… there is MSDF alongside my also simple 4-tap 4-rook (RGSS) SSAASDF variant, where 4 SDF values are stored into a RGBA texel, and GSDF (Gradient SDF), and GPU-vector-path-rendering per PasVulkan.VectorPath.pas .

Also in the German language, the word "Spiel(en)" can refer to both playing games and gambling, which can lead to confusion in certain contexts. But to clarify, "Spiel(en)" is generally understood to mean playing games, while "Glücksspiel(en)" specifically refers to gambling.

I'm looking for remote client work to bridge the gap until my game project generates revenue. If you know of any opportunities in software dev (Pascal, C/C++, x86 ASM, Vulkan/GFX, engines, compilers), music production, or similar fields, please reach out! rosseaux.com/
