sure, but if the agent is blocked the client just buys from someone who lets it through, so they lose the sale and the upsell... or then show the upsell to the agent, it reports back to the client anyway short sighted from these companies

those companies are not up selling agents, agents are using their services to execute buys for their clients

start talking with master bot, also added dr eggbot to see what it had to say, mostly deleted redundant bots on different projects and turned off some automation for now. I will also be moving the building to claude or grok cli I will 100% be reducing its usage to the minimum and keep relying more or agents like claude/muse
