Founders, what is your engineering hiring strategy like today?
Noticing an increase in the usage of AI interview tools when interviewing some candidates.
Hard to spot, but there's a conviction that ought to follow the candidates affirmations when responding to questions.
Working on big, challenging problems is a good way to exercise one's ability to strategically isolate and address each domain of the problem space.
It's also wise to exercise caution so as not to overly divide-and-conquer – the temptation to overcomplicate what should be simple.

career update: my journey at @sonicsvm has come to an end after an incredible 2 years:
it’s truly been heartwarming to see sonic (formerly mirror world) grow from an ambitious vision to a brilliant TGE at $2.7b+
and a living, breathing ecosystem it is today - from launching the first-ever game on tiktok (sonicX, hitting 2.3M MAU) to building out 40+ ecosystem partners.
none of this would’ve been possible without the amazing people i had the privilege to work with. thanks to @chrizhuu, @alanssol, @codebender828, @kinsadurst, @darcyasks, @yutongli27, @robinn_eth, @CommanderCrypto, trinity.
i had the best time representing sonic throughout the globe at 15+ events like breakpoint, token2049, accelerate, hacker houses and many more!
special thanks to my mentor & friend @chrizhuu for trusting me to lead BD and for all the lessons and memories made on and off work
last 2 years were easily my best learning experience ever.
what’s next?
i’ll continue to support sonic as a community member and will be cheering loudly from the sidelines. still as bullish as ever on the team and what’s coming next.

Career update!
After 6 months of my best work experience yet with the goats @micaiah_txtx and @txtx_sol, I’m taking on a new challenge joining @SonicSVM & @joinmirrorworld as an SVM engineer!
Four years ago today, the @SonicSVM vision was concieved.
It's been an exciting and didactic journey with @Chrizhuu, @alanssol, @yutongli27 and all who lent their strength to this vision. Many of whom were with us from day one, through all the ups and downs, successes and challenges.
And now we enter our 5th year — to many more years of increase in the future.

We started 4 years ago with a humble NFT collection, couple small crypto game and replying to discord messages until 4 am every night.
18 months ago our treasury could barely survive another month.
We’ve gone through FTX, hacks, pivots, mainnet launch, TGE, and so many more.
We started in a small office in [REDACTED ] with 0 knowledge about crypto.
4 years later we are now in 14 different countries and still know barely anything about this industry but we are on top 500 of CMC charts.
Been a wild ride and we couldn’t have done it without you.
[REDACTED] will mark a new chapter in Sonic’s journey, we will build the best chain for casual trading and onwards we go.
The world will remain divided, between the elites and the mass, on both ends of the spectrum, life should be fun, trading should be fun, Sonic should be fun.
Happy 4th anniversary to Mirror World and to Sonic SVM.
