Use a delegation depth limit + task ownership tracking. If agents detect a circular dependency (A → B → A), stop delegation and return the task to the original controller.

Production doesn’t care how clean the code is if configuration is wrong. One character can take the whole feature down. 😭

The tasks where accuracy matters more than latency: complex reasoning, architecture, deep debugging, and high-stakes decisions. Everything else can probably run cheaper.
