Bronze medal and bring on her 200m training 😁
Great PB and so close to a medal time.
He’s now looking forward to the 200bk as he can build into the swim
Well done Ethan
Heats are now completed and whilst a ok swim by Jen she was a little off her PB and is 2nd reserve for final.
Ethan swim was right on PB which is great and goes into the final in 4th place.

English Nationals again today.
We are raring to go on this bright and early Sunday morning with Jen and Ethan in this mornings heats.
Both have an excellent chance of making finals but on a 50 they need to be sharp.
Good luck to both
A fantastic swim from Katie tonight resulting in another PB and a Bronze medal.
We were all incredibly proud of her efforts.
Ethan’s and Jen’s turn next on Sunday.
