- Hiring marketing help
- Growing pains
- Handling support for 100s of customers as 1 founder

One-shotted a pricing page redesign with Claude Code... conversion rate has gone from 14% to 20%

Airtable's powerful, but connecting it to external data can get confusing fast. Here's a quick breakdown of your options:
2 years on the SaaS plateau rollercoaster.
Determined to break through $25k this year.
Basic but easy-to-forget SEO tip:
If Google is ranking a page for a keyword you weren't really targeting, create a dedicated new landing page for this keyword.
The new page will rank well and quickly, since Google 'wants' to rank you for it.
Just migrated Data Fetcher's help center from @GitBookIO ($80 / month for custom domain) to @mintlify (free).
+ better editor and more customisable
Just saved my business £650 / year.
Switched from @MailerLite to @brevo_official for email newsletters.
Brevo is way cheaper and have 40% off annual plans for Black Friday!
Are there any GitBook alternatives out there?
Paying $79 per month and can't even remove their branding 🤮
I want:
- Friendly but professional, clean UI like GitBook
- Easy WYSIWYG editing
- Custom domain
- Hosted, not self-hosted
- <$50 month
Wild SEO hack: spam low-quality YouTube videos constantly because Google favors recent uploads in search results.
Challenge accepted. Let's see if quality wins long-term.
Your web & mobile UI are completely knackered @Fastmail
Can't select or read any emails

1,800 to 2,500 shipments per week. Same team size. Here's how @foxlogisticllc did it...
Right, need to seriously look at alternatives to Heroku.
What is everyone using these days?
fly & render seem unreliable
railway's autoscale pricing is weird
I stumbled onto a very relevant HN comment from 4mo ago about Heroku's ex-CEO, Bob Wise.
Nothing has improved since he left and today is a prime example of that.

ALT Oh thank god. I had the displeasure of meeting with him once, and it was so bad that when we hung up I had our team to start planning a migration off of Heroku. The crux of the issue was that he told me that he philosophically didn't believe Heroku should put up status notifications about downtime or performance issues until AFTER they fully understood the problem and had a fix. (My theory was actually that no engineers worked there and they didn't have on-call rotation anymore)
Heroku is down, and so is their status page @herokustatus
